Who now has the best bench in the NBA? Having a solid bench will be even more important this year because of the condensed schedule.

Nuggets. Bench is another team's starting unit.

I know it's a homer pick, but the Rockets are INSANELY deep. Dragic, Courtney Lee, T-Will, Marcus Morris, Patrick Patterson and Jordan Hill is as good a bench as there is in the league, and they have a few other young guys who could contribute. They're so deep, it's hard to come up with a 15-man roster for them...

Just to offer up something different, 76ers bench isn't bad if they continue to have Turner coming off it. Turner, Speights, Lou Will and Thad Young. That's provided the use Holiday, Meeks, Iggy, Brand and Hawes to start again.

Portland is fairly deep again this year.

Felton, GWall, Matthews, Aldridge, Batum, Camby, Crawford, Thomas, with Oden as a question mark.

Pacers could be deep too with West, Jones, Collison, Hill, Granger, George, Hibbert, Hansborough.

Just a few out of the box thoughts.

seriously though gotta be mavs. heat's bench may not be the best but its still pretty nice. curry-haslem-jones-battier-miller.

mavs have 2 recent 6th man of the year in terry and odom then add beabious and delonte

assuming the nuggets starting 5 would be lawson-afflalo-galinarri-harrington-nene and kmart, chandler, jr not with the team then i think the nuggets bench wont be as good as last season with birdman, andre miller, forbes, mozgov and rookies.

At least Miami isnt one of the worst benches in the league anymore, I think we are more middle of the pack with Battier, UD, Cole, Miller, and James Jones.

Harrington will be off the bench with Mozgov starting. Corey Brewer and Rudy Fernandez will also be off the bench and Forbes is in Toronto.

As an unit, the Bulls have the best defensive 2nd unit in the league.

But as a scoring unit, I'd say Dallas has a ton of weapons off the bench.

Bulls bench is great defensively, but they struggle to score. Mavs have a better bench.
