View Full Version : Which two non all stars would you combine to make the best player possible?

Easy. Which two players would you combine to make the most dominant player possible? The first rule: Neither player can be or ever have been an all star. Second rule: Both players must play the same positions.

I think Tyson Chandler+ Brook Lopez would be pretty ridiculous.

John Wall and Steph Curry would be pretty insane as well.

What do you guys think?

Make the most dominant player possible

Chandler/Lopez is certainly a good one. Probably be a superstar, or close to it. Elite in both ends of the court (at least at the position).

Yeah, but I don't know why people would actually want their center to stand 20 feet away from the basket and shoot jumpers. That's just not what the Center position is for...imo

Matchup wise, it could work. Imagine Howard or other guys guarding someone at the 3 point line. Bargnani can put it on the floor and drive. That's where a lot of his points come from. Now imagine having that while being able to be a force in the paint.

Talk about being snubbed. You guys forgot to mention the best non-all star player in the league.

Lamarcus Aldridge and Josh Smith

Just a thought...Imagine if some of these combinations made went wrong and instead of best player possible it enhanced the scrub qualities. Wow. Korver's worst traits with Brewers. Can you say D-League bench warmer? ;) No D non shooter, sounds like a SG Jared Jeffries!! I kid, I kid...

I like Korver/Brewer one. If both players strengths were meshed that guy would be unreal.
