IS Williams even gonna get enough mins to win that? I think that situation will be like Philly and Turner's last year where the wing spots are too crowded.

I'm calling it right now, a pissed off and healthy Kobe Bryant, with no Phil Jackson restrictions....LEAGUE MVP.....and then it'll be even harder....but then FINALS MVP!!!!

Adelman has already said he is playing Love a lot at center, so Williams will see plenty of time.

Irving is the only guy I see that can make a nice case for being more NBA ready and could possibly put up better numbers in this weak *** draft class.

I think Durant wins MVP.. I can also see Dwight winning one. If he's not traded and takes Orlando to the playoffs (which he will) I can see him winning it considering all the drama surrounding him and how everyone says he plays with scrubs. Kobe Bryant is another guy I can see winning IF his word holds true about his knees.. I think it's a long shot he wins it though.

Coach of the year will probably go to the Clippers coach because of their improvement.

6th man.. Will probably go to someone on the Mavs roster (Odom/Terry).

Defensive player of the year.. That's Dwight's to lose.

If Dwight stays:
MVP - Dwight Howard
ROY - Derrick Williams
COY - Vinny Del Negro
DPOY - Dwight Howard
MIP - Eric Gordon
6th Man - James Harden

If he leaves; Durant wins MVP, Dwight still gets DPOY, he is still Dwight no matter where he plays.

I say Kevin Durant, been working on his post game

So I see him being so skilled this year and can't be stopped

Wildcard: Chris Paul, if he gets the Clippers to a 5th seed or higher

LTBaByyy
12-16-2011, 11:12 AM
I say Lebron James.

After losing the championship, I see him coming out breasting at both sides of the floor even more at defense

Nets/Raiders!
12-16-2011, 11:13 AM
I say Tyson Chandler. He'll probably get more recognition now that he's in NY and they are actually on the radar unlike The Mavs from last year.

Shane Battier

I am going to say Brendan Haywood

The guy is a double double machine as a starter!

Sucked as a back up, so I am excited

Kobe Bean Bryant = MVP
Why? Because a mad player is a bad player but in his case, it is the exact opposite. Be warned, he will light up your team if you mention anything relating CP3, Clippers, Stern or these following owners: Dan CryBaby Gilbert, Mark Hypocrite Cuban, Don Greedyass Sterling, David Whythehellareyouaowner Stern and any stupid and jealous owner that vetoed that trade.

If VDN wins anything but a pink slip, I'll be shocked. Just wait til he benches CP3 and Blake when the Clips are down by 1 with 9 sec. to go.

MVP: Kobe
COTY: Adelman
ROY: Irving
DPY: D12

I see a pattern for durant and I like that pick for mvp, but i think with a need for kobe to step up this year, the extra rest and the rehab on the knee will make him a beast this, especially in a short season, as long as they finish with a good record he will be up there in voting, But I also think Durant is a great pick!

MVP-Kevin Durant-I think his improved post game and strength will show, i also think he'll be better defensively and as a playmaker. I dont expect any significant jumps from a statiscal standpoing but i see him being more well rounded

ROY-Markieff Morris-Going outside the box here, he'll rebound and he'll play physical from day 1, i think he'll win the starting job at 4, he's gonna be a very good pick and roll and pick and pop player with Steve Nash.

COY-Frank Vogel-He did an excellent job last year, he'll continue that on a more talented team and push for a top 4 seed in the east imo

DPOY-Andre Iguodala-I know Dwight will most likely win it, but im not a fan of the token stance of handing it to a big because the rebs and block shots(Though im not discrediting it)I think what Iggy did defensively last year was more impressive and i expect him to pick up were he left off

6th man-Thaddeus Young-Talented guy that will get a bit more attention because i believe Philly will contend for a higher seed(5 to 8)

MIP-Paul George-Possible starter at the 2, consistent mins regaradless, i could see him taking another step

I think Vogel is a great pick for COTY. The award either goes to a team that made a huge leap, either from terrible to decent or from decent to great, or to a team that completely dominated the league. Indiana was good last season, but they impressed me in the Bulls series, and I legitimately think they have a chance to be a top 4 seed with the additions they've made and the development of their young core.
