With the Chris Paul to LA trade off, if the magic could acquire CP3 without trading Dwight, would this cause dwight to change his mind and sign an extension to stay in orlando?

Yes it would. But the Magic have no pieces.

I think he would stay. But there is no way cp3 is coming to the magic. The magic front office are too big of idiots to come up with a great trade.

In what fantasy land scenario could Magic acquire CP3 without giving up Dwight?

nelson, redick, jrich, anderson, turkoglu are the only ones left. no way in hell should the hornets do that unless stern really have a personal vendetta against LAL because odom,scola,kmart2, dragic > than those guys

Everyone says Orlando has no chance but all LA have up was crap. Who knows what can happen with a 3rd 4th team involved.

I'd imagine it would...but it would take an absolute miracle...and I don't believe in miracles.

It would, but they wouldn't be able to get him without giving Dwight himself.

Enter Otis Smith. His genius mind decides to overpay Big Baby and sign JRich to a new four year contract. LOL! Howard is staying for sure.

That should be the main goal: not looking to trade Howard. Something like

Nelson, Gortats exception, JJ, Anderson, **** load of picks.

It sucks but worth a shot. Add another team in there and maybe, just maybe.

That's the only way D12 would stay in Orlando. But I don't know if they have the pieces to get it done. maybe involving a 3rd team they may be able to pull it off.

you mean, LEAGUE OWNED team to accept some crap from orlando for cp3?

after what happened?

..............

On second thought Stern has no shame at all and apparently doesnt fear lawsuits for collusion, tampering, corruption etc.

So, everything is possible.
