Detroit's moves in the past few years sorta makes you wonder what their objective is... Are they trying to rebuild or what? They make some weird signings... I do understand that they would like Prince to retire as a Piston though, he had some great moments there...

Tayshaun Prince will be returning to the Detroit Pistons after reaching agreement on a $27 million, four-year contract.

good for him, love seeing a guy being loyal to the team that drafted him and the place where he has had a nice career. Not sure I like it from the Pistons stand point though they should be trying to build around BK and Monroe, not giving a 31 year old a 4 year deal.

Pistons were 1 team i definetly thought would have taken advantage of the amnesty. They needed to blow that team up by getting rid of rip-Prince-Gordon-Charlie V and start building around Knight and Monroe and seeing what they really have in guys like Jerbeko and Daye. I guess they don't mind be stuck in the 9-13 pick range for the next 4 years

Ben Gordon + Prince + CV to big contracts = Championship....

Pistons championship days seem so long ago, wonder when Joe D will stop getting a free pass (I like him, but he better do something quick).
