Very good replacement for Chandler if this is true.

As i said in the sixers forum it will probably take over 6 mil per for the sixers not to match.

after overpaying thad in every PSD game possible, now its time to overpay him in real life.

Goodbye Thad Young.

This is basically everything you get from him....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gKn1_HMeB0

Combo forward who is extremely athletic with smooth scoring game but he can throw it down as well. He doesn't excel at rebounding or d but he makes up for some of that with his incredible hustle. His outside shooting has steadily declined since his rookie year strangely enough. But he could hit the 3 before, I'm sure he can get it back.

Only 23 years old too with 4 years experience, not bad.

its a shame he cant shoot because he has no business playing pf. but at sf people will just dare him to shoot.

I would love it if we got Thad. Plus if we are able to pick up Al Thornton as well...two very decent pick ups

This is Kate Fagan, Sixers beat writer:

#Sixers are prepared to let @yungsmoove21 test the market, but have made him top priority and will pounce on any team's reasonable offer.

The #Sixers are worried that some team will swoop in with a 4-year/$44 million offer for @yungsmoove21 ... that would put #Sixers in bind.

#Sixers will have huge decision to make if offer above $8mil/year “@andy_saxton: @deepsixer3 you still have to match the offer anyway.”

I don't think $6m or $7m like some of you are saying gets it done. I've said before that I wouldn't be surprised if we matched $9m per year - the worry is that it's that much or higher.

if the nuggets really want him i can see them giving him 44 mil for 4 years.. thats only if they plan on going forward with him and making him a starter tho i doubt they will pay him that much as a role player but hes young so maybe they will?..

I hope they have better sense than that. They should have a hard number that they won't go over. For me that number is 6 but I could live with a 7-7.5 mil a year deal.

How can young be worth more than 7mil per year? Joel anthony gave him all kinds of fits in that series.

I'm a huge Gallo fan. He can't play PF well. And contract wise they all will need to be resigned soon. Are y'all really gonna keep 3 small forwards. I like all 3 but it seems a bit much.

One series decides his value???? Young has big upside and Denver has to spend that money anyway.. If he was going to the Heat you wouldn't be talking about Joel giving him fits..

Thad is best suited as a stretch 4. He would replace K-Mart in the lineup.

hamilton is a rookie which needs seasoning he will probably see more minutes at sg than sf.

gallo will start the 3 of course and eat up a lot of minutes.

thad if signed would most likely start the 4 and play minimal minutes at the 3.

chandler will probably not resign and with forbes behind gallo we might not need him.. one of my favorite players from the trade tho.

agreed he would help space the floor at the 4 position and with his wingspan and vert he could turn into a way better blocker than martin with a scoring punch. dont think he will ever be as good of a defender in the post tho

If Clippers throw big $$$ at him they will have atleast 2 titles in future

Bledsoe
Gordon
Thad
Griffin
Jordan

^^ I think the Clippers are another real possibility to make an offer. Them and Denver are the best fits and most likely I've heard so far.

So chandler is the odd man out. We've spent countless hours debating in the KNICK forum about the value of WC and Gallo.

I really thought Faried would be the 4 full time.

I want the Pistons to swing for him. Either that or Amnesty CV, let stuckey take any offer and go, then put a 11+ million offer on one of the Centers. Our best shot with that would be DJ and that's a long shot. I would really like to see Thad in a Piston's uni though.
