LMAO @ Portland over Lakers & Memphis over Dallas.

AS of right now.

West ONLY.

1. Dallas
2. Lakers/OKC
3. OKC/Lakers
4. Memphis
5. Spurs
6. Portland
7. Clippers
8. Utah/Kings

If mavs don't resign Chandler then I see Lakers and Thunder ahead of them. Free Agency is gonna change things quite a bit. Like others have said, let's wait until then.

JR, chandler, and martin are all in china.. so i don't think he deserved a facepalm. it's only reality, unless you honestly think without those 3 guys you can make the playoffs.. (which is ridiculous)

*if the nets end up getting dwight howard (since there are rumors of them starting to make an offer), i could see the nets getting into the playoffs as a 6th seed and bumping the hawks to 5th. if paul goes to the knicks during the season, i don't see them moving ahead to the 2nd or 1st seed just yet. that would be a great series though (nets vs knicks). i would love to watch that series.. knicks would win obviously :p

initially i thought this list is solid, but after a closer look how could u put jazz in the playoffs? u know they lost williams right? the hornets will most likely be in the playoffs
The nets might make the playoffs over the sixers or pacers depending on what happens in FA.. other than that it doesnt seem too bad..

I agree that we should wait till free agency, but you really aren't gonna include the Pacers in the east? I know I sound really homer-ish right now, but they will be in the playoffs there is no question about it, quote me on it if you want....

and we have a lot of cap space as well.

kmart - was more of a mistake maker than a good doer.
jsmith - only played good at home and most of the times messed stuff up during the stretch.
chandler - is a good player but didnt really do much for us especially in the playoffs.
felton - good player.
nene - missed 60% of his free throws and committed the disappearing act more often then not.

the only player we will miss is felton and we have lawson still

we also added 3 new players.

miller - veteran pg off the bench
hamilton - a lot of scoring potential rookie
faried - rebounding monster
and we have a bunch of cap space to add more players. we will be at least 8th seed in the west anyone can do that g** *** sig quote bs on this.
