Nothing too surprising. It is interesting that the Pacers are the only team that is mentioned to be interested. It could be a deal for anyone looking for a starting PF.

This guy has been a major pain in the butt for the Nuggets. If you can't beat him, have him join. Especially if Nene departures.

Good player, the only reason I can see the Jazz trading him is he'll want a contract starting at around $9-10mil.

Be that as it may, still averaged 7.6 rebounds per game in over 70 games. His effort makes up for it imo. Not to mention he averaged 17 per game too.

Maybe Collison for Millsap, bc they have George Hill now

I hope the Suns can get him but I don't think we have enough to pull it off. We offered Pietrus, Lopez, and change for him but i think either Utah dismissed it or we ran out of time to negotiate.

I have a serious man crush on Enes Kanter. He's going to be a mother****ing BEAST. Hopefully he gets minutes from day 1. Millsap is a great player but the Jazz have too much depth at his position.

Wait so Jefferson back to Boston, and for Jeff Green? Next we'd just need Utah to swing O'Neal back to Indy.

I don't understand why the raps or their fans would want millsap. Let Ed Davis develop and he'll be better than millsap after a year.

Pacers would be a good fit. No stars, but a Collison-George-Granger-Millsap-Hibbert lineup is pretty solid.

Would love to see the Wiz go after him. Something based around Blatche + for him. A starting 5 of:

wall
young/crawford
vesely
milsap
mcgee

Is very young, and has all aspects that are needed for a playoff team in the East

Al Jefferson is on the trade block too.

Basiclly right now we have Jefferson-Millsap-Favors-Kanter

And what we need is a shooting guard

You do the math

I'm speculating they want to get Hibbert in the deal. Indiana does this so they can go after Nene. Utah does this so they can unload Jefferson for a SF or SG.

Again, pure speculation on my part.

alright captain serious, you can take off your cape and lighten up now.

Happy to see Al Jefferson on the block too. Hopefully we trade him ahead of Milly (I think we'd get more value for him anyway).

What guards do you think we can get for him?

The Boston fan offering Rondo in a package, are you serious?

Indiana Trades: Posey (Expiring contract), D. Jones, B. Rush, second round pick
Utah trades: Raja Bell, Millsap

I think this is a trade that both teams could work with. The Pacers get the better end of the deal but because Millsap is being openly shopped the Pacers have some leverage. Utah gets the sg depth that they need and Indiana gets the starting PF.

Not the kind of SG depth they want. Burks will probably start over Jones in 2 weeks. The Jazz won't give Millsap away. They will just keep him for that kind of offer. The Jazz don't want posey they had a chance to sign him but they refused to give him a 4 year deal. This is probably what was turned down when they were talking during the draft.

If they don't get back anybody named George,Granger,Collison or Hibbert I will bank on the Jazz keeping Millsap. With giving Okur the amnesty they will be 8 million under the cap. So they don't need to get rid of Millsap at all.

As a Jazz fan, I think the Jazz should trade Big Al and keep Millsap. Favors and Kanter can play C whereas Big Al can't play much PF any more. Keeping Big Al and trading Millsap is a dumb move in my opinion.

I don't think we will trade any core pieces unless we're talking Al Jefferson. I don't think Jones would be starting in the first place, maybe if you're looking to add some defense to the lineup. Rush is actually pretty talented and might just need a change of scenery. As far as Posey goes the Jazz could use their amnesity on him and use that money in free agency to fill other holes in their roster.

jimbobjarree

Well your asking us to trade one of our core players for junk. You guys can amnety Posey if George isn't going with him.

Total 2K deal. No way that happens in real life.
