They're too busy creating their new league, owned, operated, and starring NBA's finest. lol. Players finding it a bit tough to come up with the capital however, since none of them got paid last month ...

I think after a few of the big names dropped, they realized it wouldn't do as well.
You NEED Kobe, Lebron, Wade, Durant, Melo, etc in the event to make it work. Not a few of them.

would rather get paid to play overseas than play for free even if it is to add to popluarity or brand. some of those players will do a hometown tour in the US.

I think Wade, Paul, Lebron, and Melo have some charity games set in Akron, New Jersey, New Orleans and Chicago.

they weren't playing for free.
they were supposed to be getting $500k - $1M per game iirc.
