Hes somewhere in the 8-10 range. The greatest PF to ever play the game and a 4 time champ. Thats a basketball legend right there.

Well put it this way, on my top 12 team of all time (a team meant to play two ways, not just a bunch of scoring champs on a list), he's on my starting 5.

I'd say top 10. What I love most about him is that he very rarely was a media whore

As far as players I would not rank him higher than in the top 20. As far as power forwards he is probably around top ten. You have to have been around a long time to understand this. If you are 40 and under and don't know of the great PFs in the game then this post will make no sense. By the way, the greatest PF of all time is Karl Malone.

Interested in knowing exactly who you'd have ahead of Tim in your top 20 all time and top 10 PFs all time. Do you have the cojones to post them?

Ironic thing as well is that Bagwell is possibly the oldest poster on PSD and he has him at #1 so your point on age is really baseless because there are MANY 40+ knowledgeable NBA minds who believe TD is the best PF ever and top 10 all time.

Sounds like a classic PSD post. Talk **** to other people for not knowing a damn thing while you go and make a completely ignorant post. Oh the irony is great.

Malone's longevity and dominance offensively make him worthy of a debate for the GOAT PF but you lose all credibility by saying Duncan is just top 20 and "probabably around top 10" for power forwards.

I'd rank him as the best power forward ever. The second best palyer fundamentally (behidn Stockton). The second greatest facilitator of his generation (behind Nash), and I honestly don't think I could name ten players that were better than him (though I could name about 10-15 that are as good as him).

He will always be underrated though because stats don't truly illustarte the impact he has had on the floor.

I would pay money to see what he and Stockton would have been able to do together in their prime. That would be my ultiimate fantasy pairing.

How is he not? How many guys have led franchises that never won anything prior to them arriving to 4 titles including winning 3 finals mvp's and 2 league mvp's?

you just completely contradicted yourself. You are attempting to use historical PF's, none of which you listed, to try and tell us why Duncan shouldn't be considered a top 15 player. And then you list a modern PF that nearly everyone here has seen play, who continually came up short at the biggest moments.

Duncan is a top 10 player ever. I have him around #8, you can flip flop him and Kobe imo. Anyone who has him outside the top 10-12 is seriously in need of education.
