yes, i believe so, but i think that's only with NBPA intact... since they have decertified, i don't know what's going to happen... maybe everyone is a RFA??

Yes, the clock ticks down on the expirings whether a season is played or not. All expirings will become UFA if the season is lost once a CBA is in place.

It's gonna suck for Orlando and New Orleans (Possibly the Nets too).

2012 would be the most ridiculous FA class of all time. It would suck for teams though that drafted rooks in the second round last year like Landry Fields, who would become an UFA. Knicks would have lots of cap at least to sign Paul or Howard. Miami would be pretty much screwed. LA would be screwed. It would be interesting to see how the 2012 draft plays out and then FA.

Nets would of traded all that for Deron for only half a season if he decides to leave which would really ****ing suck

Yes if you signed a 3 year contract today then it would expire on 11/16/2014 no matter what since players sign contracts for a number of years and not a number of seasons that is what you would go by.

It sucks the most for the Nets. They paid 2 #1 picks, #3 from the prior yr in Favors, & Devin Harris to get D Wil & he's still just willing to rent in that area.
