Stern cancelled games through November last week so that might explain it.

Even if the agreement was reached tonight, it'll take roughly a month to get games started so we're looking at close to mid-December

Owners making a updated proposal to the players on Friday. I think we are about to get a new deal tomorrow!(Hopefully)

Adrian Wojnarowski said Thursday that the owners will deliver an updated proposal to the players on Friday.
This is not the 'reset' proposal, but instead a proposal based on the current negotiations. Since the owners haven't threatened with a decreasing offer, we have to assume talks are still progressing and we still believe a deal is on the way. Details regarding the proposal will emerge throughout the next 24 hours and we'll bring them to you as they come.

i hope the union rejects the offer. the owners are definitely getting over, though they are the owners i feel they are asking for a little bit to much

I dont care which side wins, i just wanna see some dam basketball, and Im sorry, but almost everyone in the league makes over a million dollars, so i dont care if the union gets their way and everyone in the league is making over 1.2 mill.

UPDATE: IF YOU LOOK AT THE SITE, THERE ARE ZERO GAMES PLANNED UNTIL DECEMBER 14TH, BUT ON THE 15TH THERE ARE 3 GAMES AND THE SCHEDULE CONTINUES FROM THAT DATE ON!!!

Does this mean they hope to close this deal soon or are they just overly optimistic?
