He said Contraction might happen next year if no season this year. I'm just saying what Teams could be gone but relocate them if it's Arena's problems that would make them gone.
Memphis to St. Louis because Owner wanted to move them to Southern Illionis.
New Orleans to KC and
Sacromento to Anaheim because been rumored.
Phoneix to Tampa Bay because of success with Lighting.

Would be surprised on the Memphis relocation... they are moving on up right now.

Is PHX really in that much trouble? I mean I know Sarver is a stingy bastard, but relocation?? Damn.

Phoenix to Tampa Bay is horrible.

Look at the Rays. With their success, they can't even draw half of the stadium most nights.

I actually think of the four professional sports, the NBA is the most likely one for contraction. I think there are a good amount of teams that I really don't think would be missed if they were contracted quite frankly.

that may be...but the OP says contraction and then provides a list of relocations... so... something is clearly iffy about this thread.

yeah, the OP is just guessing where teams will go even though relocation hasnt been talked about.

Agreed. We need a source if we're going to discuss a topic as serious as re-location.
