There was only one year in the franchises 63 seasons where they had 4 All Star Selections.

What was the year and who were the players?

Shaq, Kobe, Eddie Jones and Nick Van Exel. Kobe's second year I think, so 1998?

Whoever gets the question right should propose a new trivia question. That way we can a trivia thread started.

Kobe, Fish and Magic have 5, so it can't be them.

That's a good one.

I'm going to guess Kareem Abdul Jabaar. one with milwaukee, 5 with los angeles.

If i'm right. What were the 3 years Jerry West coached the Lakers.

Horry has seven, so it cannot be Kareem ...

West coached before Magic and the championships arrived, yet with Kareem there, I think, so that would be the late Seventies. I will go with 1976-77, 1977-78, and 1978-79, since Magic was drafted in Summer, 1979 and the Lakers won the title with him in June, 1980, after the McKinney/Westhead 'combo' had taken over the bench ...

Now, an easy one: Name the only former Laker player to have won DPOY while playing in Los Angeles ?

And the 'bonus' question: Which Laker won the same award while playing in the Midwest ?

I'm going to answer this without googling it.

Michael Cooper while in LA and Ron Artest while with the Pacers in 04 I believe.

Q: What is the Lakers single game record for free throws made in a game? Percentage and numbers attempted and made.
