"the national basketball fans association"

we the fans get a union leader and go aganist the owners and players and let them know we want the season to start on time . We will not buy any more tickets if there is a shortended season and we will not buy nba merchandise and you can split that basketball revenue (bri). We play hardball aganist the league and get what we want . Its a long shot lol

It'd never happen but I'd be on board if someone credible started it. If someone with some worldwide credibility who was a big NBA fan wanted to do this (Larry Ellison comes to mind), I'd totally be on board.

With the power of the internet, citizens can rebel against ruthless governments but NBA fans can't organize?

Never gonna happen. I don't think most people have the luxury to spend time on a movement like this in today's world specially when there is no financial outcome for fans. I would all over it if someone credible started it. Jack Nicholson and Spike Lee can start it I would guess. And Jay-Z too but I think he can't because he owns the Nets partly.

you don't need to form a union to speak out against owner/players. don't attend games, buy jerseys and please for gods sake DO NOT HANG THOSE STUPID LAKER FLAGS ON YOUR CAR. it makes you look...well stupid.

i was actually thinking that if theres no deal by the weekend, why don't local fans gather outside their team's arena and form some kind of protest to show our frustration

I wouldnt mind leading a protest nearby MSG :)
