you are crazy

It reminded me of that crappy rap coming out in the
In ninties and early thousand. It sucked but it was catchy. I thought some of his rhymes were entertaining. Not saying I would jam with this in my car but it's better than most hip hop from NBA
players.

Video is a perfect example as to why athletes are broke 2 years after retiring

Shaun Livingston & Marquis Daniels cameos.

StackJack is actually decent. I expected horrible, but he sounds like any other H-Town rapper.

Stephen Jackson is a jack ***, and an embarrasment to the league. Would this clown just retire already. I defend most athletes but this guy is just not someone worth defending. He is a lunatic..

One of the better raps I heard from a NBA player, its not great but almost everyone else is sooooo much worse.

So without listening to the song my guess is he will bring up how much money he makes, what kind of car he drives, and how they "do it big" in Texas.

So true, 90s rap was golden... today I don't listen to anybody in all truth, all the same terrible sounding stuff. 80s and early to mid 90s is not only the best rap ever, but some of the best music ever.

-Beastie Boys
-Run DMC
-Snoop (early 90s)
-NWA
-Biggie
-Fugees- First CD I ever had
-PAC
-Wu Tang
-Method
-ODB
-Ice Cube
-Dr Dre
-De la Soul
-Redman
-Busta
-Nas

list goes can go on for a long long time... and without question these guys were better than anything we have today by miles. I like Jay Z, but he doesn't come close to the guys listed above. That's how good music was back then.

You have to give him props for his game. he has been a solid player over his career and is still a solid player despite getting older.

as for the rap thing. its nothing new, alot of players think they can rap.

What an embarrassment.. At what age do you start to grow up? He needs to take a lesson from a man who needs no hooks... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wrWvNsdmxU&feature=related

Exactly. I know Jay Z is considered the **** by most people but I always thought he was just alright. Now he is head and shoulders above everyone else in the industry. To me that's proof of how great rap was back then. Maybe we are just turning into the old guys saying how much better everything was back in the day...

That's a huge generalization right there, there still is great music being made nowadays. It may not be on the radio, but there's certainly quality stuff available.

I just can't get past the fact that he used the beat and some of the lyrics from "Hit and Run". He lost me there.
