Will the current Miami Heat beat the 96 Chicago Bulls All Time Single Season Wins Record ?

Not just this upcoming year, but any future year as well

Before this previous season there was more hype than I have ever witnessed for any team for the Miami Heat to be the greatest team ever. I remember Stan Van Gundy stating they would break the record and win 72 games, after a single full season of the Miami Heat playing together, I am curious to see where everyones opinion now stands

The big 3 will be lucky if they are still together after next season!

Don't think so. I think they win 65-68 games at the very max. I also think that it would occur next year. There are too many variables that could cause them to drop some games (E.g. Injury to Wade, Lebron Goes Cold, or the Other teams just get red hot from the field, as well as some of the strong teams like Chicago/Boston etc).

Too much has to go right for any team to get to 72 wins, it isn't happening.

Why don't you make another column for "I Don't Care"... or "Heat Forum."

Is it shutdown or something? Your forum? And don't talk that **** about there's a lockout going on so there is nothing to talk about.

Never ever ever.......

Hypothetically if they ever get to the point where they're "dominating" the entire league (which I doubt they will) then they would be so ahead of everyone of the comp by the last 10 games or so LEbron/Wade would be getting limited minutes to prepare for the playoffs.....

Was simply asking for an honest opinion from everyone, mainly unbiased heat fans, you do realize you are not required to read/post in this thread? I am not a Miami Heat fan ...

is your sig suggesting the bulls will win that many, or just that they'll prevent the heat from doing it?

Nope. You probably need a perfect team and this team isn't a perfect team.
