Definitely gives you a new, broader perspective on the man. It was a heartwarming speech.

I felt awkward watching it for some reason. Had to skip ahead a few times. But, what I saw was heartfelt and real. That's how Rodman does it.

I'm glad he got into the hall of fame and it's about damn time. He deserved it and after that speech I have a new respect for Rodman.

Just a man who loved the game, and you can see it every time you talk to him. That's the one thing no one has every been rightfully able to take away from him: He loved, and usually respected, the game.

And where was Michael Jordan? How could he not be there?

08-13-2011, 04:57 PM
that was a whole lot of honesty and genuineness packed into 12 minutes

at least he is honest.

And where was Michael Jordan? How could he not be there?

That wasn't him sitting next to Scottie?

Just raw, uncut honesty. Gotta respect that. No joke I wanted to cry because that is a familiar story for a lot of young black athletes. You go from the absolute bottom to the top and then everyone wants to criticize you on how you handle it? Anybody that loves the game like that and came from absolute dirt to something, how can you not love him? Im just sad that he feels he has to make a spectacle of himself to entertain and he's letting the addiction get the best of him.....

I don't think that person next to pippen was jordan, was it?

08-13-2011, 09:44 PM
i think he should have gone up in a wedding dress, since that like it or not has its part on being up there.

Shows you the incredible lengths people will go to get attention if they don't feel loved.

I would've personally driven out to see Worm and hugged him if it would've stopped him from wearing a dress.
