they really need to join the rest of the world in motorsports with racing in the rain on road courses, if it was a oval speedway i understand the danger, but I would really like to see them expand into rain racing, now viewership is going to be extremely low, Im not waking up at 8am to watch a race

The rest of the world doesnt drive 3500lb stock cars that dont handle worth a crap to begin with. Did you not see Montreal a couple years back when they did it in the nationwide series? cars were wrecking under caution with rain tires and the average speed under green was 30 seconds off the pace when the qualifying time was about a 70 seconds. The race would be boring, cars would be slow. Yes, itd be cool for the first 5 laps, just like the Montreal race, but then it would grow old after watching cars tip-toe around the track all race.

If they put this race in the chase, they need to drastically shrink the size of the fuel cells in the cars. Playing a fuel strategy game from lap 1 is complete ********. I absolutely hate that.

you like watching a race that drivers are cutting their cars off on the warm-up laps to conserve fuel before the race even starts? Its absurd.

I like it when someone can put a kink in someone else's plan because their's is better.
