Hey guys, Some of you may remember that for the last three years I have conducted a poll at the end of the season that had PSD users vote for the top 10 players at each position. Its is now that time to vote! I would like to start this up once more considering the NBA season is now over and we can get to this discussion since lots has changed since the start of last season. Please TRY AND VOTE FOR THE BEST PLAYER AND DON'T BE A HOMER. I will leave the poll open for one day and than we can carry on to the next best player at that position. I will add more players after each round. I have also included the results of those last 2 years so everyone can see how much things have changed...Enjoy.

REMEMBER this is based on who is the best player, not the player who has the potential to be the best.

1) Dirk Nowitzki
2) Amare Stoudemire
3) Pau Gasol
4) Zach Randolph
5) Chris Bosh
6) LaMarcus Aldridge

9) Kevin Garnett
10) Josh Smith

A Heads up, I plan on skipping the number 1 center poll and jumping to 2. There is really no point on wasting time on that poll as that position is easily the most defined.

I went Boozer. Had an off year, but I think he's the best player left in the poll.

I think everyone except Brand is better than Boozer. In order I'd have Smith, Scola, West, Millsap, Boozer, Brand.

Luis Scola while a very good player is one of the most overrated players in the league IMO. He gets a lot of praises for his D which in reality is quite suspect. I mean he does try on that end but trying doesn't mean you're a good defensive player. In terms of offense and glass work he's not better than Boozer.

If there was an 11 I would have gone with Boozer. Despite his down season largely due to injury he is one of the few players on this list who has proven the ability to sustain a high level of player over the course of an entire season. The same can't be said for Millsap or Scola.

Smith is clearly the best player left but he is a SF. Horford is a PF and they need a C. Smith has been filling in for PF because Al played C.

The best power forward left is Carlos Boozer. Overrated and overpaid but he can still get you 17 and 9 on a nightly basis.

Millsap. so underrated. He was actually better than both last season.

Damn voted for West instead of Josh Smith :/

In all truth it's a shame he's not in the top 10.

He was the leading scorer on the Hornets, and still has a big impact on a playoff team.

There's arguments for a lot of them. Boozer was no where to be found in the Bulls playoff run. J-Smoove is good but more of a SF. D-West has a good post game, but can't rebound. Milsap no one notices. I still remember when Milsap scored 11points in 28seconds this season against Miami. I gave my vote to Milsap, but J-Smoove, Boozer, D-West are all solid as well.

Smith is so overrated - just watch him shoot jumpers. Boozer here.
