Since the Nets are moving to Brooklyn soon and Deron already playing there, it's gotta be Deron.

I don't see a team that could take both Howard and Paul at once that's in a big market, plus we don't know what the new CBA will look like. Also I don't think that Howard would join CP3 in New Orleans or vice versa.

is this some cruel joke? what are the contexts? Would Nene play with Howard? Would JJ Barrea play with Cp3? I dont understand the question

^^^ I was confused by this at first too. He's asking who would be a better fit to play with Dwight in orlando. Paul or Deron.

Paul. He's the best PG on the planet.

CP3 is the obvious choice but Deron is the most realistic. Deron has not resigned with Nets, surprising no one, and I'm sure he would love to join Dwight in ORL.

Just realized I misread the title, thought the thread was about who has the better chance to play with Dwight, my bad.

Better choice would be CP3

Well CP3 is the better player, so it's him.

We saw what CP3 did with Tyson Chandler that one year...I can't imagine how much better on offense he would make Dwight look.

CP3 has done wonders with guys like Ariza and Marco B. (can't spell his last name) and made David West an all-star.

He can make D-12 look like the modern day Shaq.

I'm sure Dwight would like anyone. Haha, but I think Deron Williams is a little more scorer than CP3. And also I think CP3 is more in line with Dwight. Add to that, that CP3 is the best PG. SO...

No reason to be picky here...

No reason to be picky here...

You're a Magic fan, so you watch Dwight enough to know who you think he would be better suited with. I know you can't really lose with either, but who do you think would be the best choice.

Kind of my thought process as well

Probably Paul.

While I don't think the Magic need a pass-first PG to run that offense, Paul is just too good at everything not to choose.

I do think the Magic offense is best when everyone is moving and passing, and when they aren't just standing around watching one guy do everything and run the offense on his own...but even if Paul is a great passing PG (a "pass-first PG"), he is too great at everything else to really care about what works best for the system.

Both would be great. Deron would be the scoring PG that I think the Magic need, while still being able to set up the shooters and Dwight with ease. Really, the ideal PG for that offense can penetrate to score, penetrate to pass to open shooters, and lob it to Dwight. Deron could easily do that...but Paul can do it too, all the while shooting better, playing better defense and just being better overall.

U thought wrong... Only 1 year has Deron averaged over 20 PPG. I'm not quite sure how you can think Deron is a better scorer then CP

I express myself badly, I meant that Chris Paul is a "pass first PG" while Deron Williams is more "score first." Both have the ability to score efficiently.

Deron is better choice but I would rather Paul go to Orlando.
