At a recent Charlotte Bobcats' fantasy camp, 48-year-old NBA legend Michael Jordan gave the fans in attendance quite a treat. He showed that, despite his age and well-chronicled knee issues, he was still able to dunk a basketball.

The dunk itself didn't bring back memories of the MJ of old, who is considered among the greatest dunkers in NBA history. But the ease with which he was able to complete the dunk is quite impressive.

Despite being retired, Jordan, the majority owner of the Bobcats, has been known to practice with the team and hold his own.

But Jordan isn't the only NBA star aging well -- former dunk phenom Dominique Wilkins is still able to throw it down going into his 50s.

Nah he's getting old I was joking with him about that. But still moves great for a 50 year old

i would bet something that if you allowed Larry and Reggie to participarte in teh 3p shootout contest in the allstar one of them would win too, go figure.

Man. This guy was still dropping 40 at 40 years old. He was averaging over 20 a game in his late late 30's. I know everyone is disappointed that he retired the first time and they wonder if he could of won 8 in a row, but i really wonder what would have happened if he had chosen a team other then one of the worst in the league for his last comeback. He could have been a serious piece of a contender in those last 2 years. Instead it was wasted away with the Wiz. And while i understand why, it really sucks. The guy still had "it", even at 39/40.

ehem.... joradn actually DID play in the 94-95 season.

They got ousted in the playoffs.

So, the answer to your question is NO.

I love how in every media resume of jordans career that they show in tv 94-95 season is barely ever touched maybe some bizarre image to show him wearing #45 but thats it.

Everyone knows that. He came back late in the 2nd season straight out of the minor leagues. Sorry that i said 2 years instead of giving the exact time down to the day. Thank god you were here to correct me. Everyone would have been so confused.

Shooting is not the same as dunking...and not all 6'6 50 year olds can dunk.

You really aren't a fan of MJ are you?

He came back after not touching a basketball for nearly two whole years and still put up 32/7/5 in the playoffs. Do you honestly think if the chemistry of that Bulls team hadn't been ruined by Jordan's first retirement he wouldn't have led them to another 2 titles in that period? You're not just gonna 3-peat and then fall off the face of the planet... After a full summer back with the team, and a training camp he goes and leads his team to the greatest regular season of all-time. A Michael Jordan in his prime would've cruised to two titles in '94 and '95 and would've capped an 8-peat.
