As a Knick fan, I'm obviously excited/anxious to see how we'll fare next season. But other than that, I'm gonna be keeping an eye on the Clippers. I think they make a serious push for the 8 spot.

Dont forget Xavier Henry and Josh Selby... They have to get Young and Gasol tho

I hope that they can move Mayo for a quality back up big

but after how much Mike Conley improved in the postseason I also want to see if he can take that next step

I am eager to see how Selby and Henry impact the team this year.

As far as Sam Young, his team option was picked up, while Gasol's QO was also picked up, So Young will be here and Gasol is a high probablity of being here

Depends on what "team to look out for" means. If it means to move up and make a play for the title I would say - the usual suspects plus Chicago, memphis and Oklahoma City as they could make that big jump. Miami could be on a mission now and I think they are the team to beat.

If it means teams that may make the playoffs that didn't last year I would say the Clippers and New Jersey are the two that I think will be right there.

If it means teams that have stunk that may turn the corner to respectability I would say the T-Wolves, Sacramento, Golden State and Washington would meet the requirements.

Biggest win jump will likely be the Wolves going from 17 wins to 37 and a 20 game jump and still a ways off from the playoffs.

The HEAT.

If the bulls can get a sg that can play D, and another top tier player, then them too.

OKC can get to the WCF again, but somethings telling me things might go wrong over their.

I think NY will have a good year ( That is the best I can do by saying anything positive about a NY team)

And Boston will come out strong, but will they end strong... IDK

This is one of the reasons why the owners are doing this lock out thing; to me their are only 4 teams that can win it, and I'm being humble by saying that. I would like a league where 7-10 teams has a chance of winning a title.

But I'm just talking ****, Go HEAT!!!

Lol...Bulls and Thunder already made their leaps. In case you didn't see, the Bulls won 62 games and the No 1 seed, while OKC, like the Bulls, made it to the conference finals.

haha i just feel with more depth and an actual coaching staff the team can be dangerous. we arent losing any major rotation players. any improvement from biedrins and udoh would make us even better.

year 2 of billups/carmelo/amare should be interesting as well

lets just hope theres a season to watch our teams develop

The Kings will be an 8th seed

Jimmer
Tyreke
Salmons
Hickson
Cousins

Thornton and Honeycutt off the bench will be lethal

No effring way they start salmons over Thornton....No effing way.......
Reke
Thornton
Cousins
sounds threatening enough.

No, I get what you are saying, but what I mean is you listed way too many teams. Like 2-3 teams is good enough, because realistically only 2-3 teams will make noise next season.

Philadelphia 76ers will be 6th seed in the East. Holiday will be MIP, Turner will prove he was worthy. Bank it.

The Vancouver Hornets will be the team to lookout for. Seattle doesn't have a stadium, the Canadian dollar is higher than the US, the economy is better, stern owes it to vancouver to for allowing such ****** owners to run the team the first time around, and the NBA still hasn't found an owner for the hornets = Vancouver Hornets.

Wish they could come back as the Grizzlies if they get a new team. Vancouver Grizzlies makes much sense than Memphis Grizzlies.

So the Lakers and Mavericks are not a team that could win a title next year?

Of course the Mavs can (if they can still have their 90mil dollar payroll after new cba) but the lakers will need a big splash and younger players that can run and get easy baskets.

And just because I listed the bulls and Ny, that was in response to teams to look out for, I was not saying I think they are going to win a ring next year
(if that was on your mind)
I'm a HEAT fan, I think Miami will win it next year :D (if their is a season)

Yea, I loved them back when I used to live in Vancouver. I don't think i'd want the grizz back though Vancouver needs to start fresh (although that name did suit the location seeing as how Vancouver actually has grizzly bears unlike Memphis).
