View Full Version : It's clear that small market teams have caused this lockout

Small market teams are a detriment to the NBA. The owners of teams like Indiana, Milwaukee, Cleveland are facilitating these horrible lockouts in both the NBA and NFL.

It's really a shame this has to happen in sports. But if these small market teams didn't exist, the lockouts wouldn't happen. The Lakers, the Bulls, the Celtics, the Knicks, the Heat - they don't care about hard caps or exceptions. They're actually probably for them.

It's Toronto, Indiana, Milwaukee, Memphis - teams like this that are causing the lockouts. And I don't know how anyone could actually support these teams and owners clamoring for parity, when they lock out the two most popular sports in America.

Well, teams outside NY/LA can't make a ton of money winning 28 games a year, unlike those cities. Perhaps you would prefer a 6 team league with only the biggest cities allowed to have a team.

Your opinion is noted. There is a thread open for your venting.
