IF the Lockout Happens Again and we Miss an Entire Season .....

What will happen to most NBA Fans?

I'm not sure how the state of Baseball was in 1994 when it was on strike that year and if it lost a bunch of fans. But the NBA seems to be different in that regard.

I personally am starting to build up my collection of older games to watch.

Just wondering, do you feel you need to make threads everyday? Chill out dude some of your threads make no sense.

At this point how will anyone know what they will do? Common naw.

Play more basketball myself, sucks if the lockout does happen though. I feel like a kid again with the nba being so good and the knicks being relevant again.

hardcore fans like myself will simply wait. But the general fans will sour to the NBA. A lockout always temporarily hurts a sport and its fanbase. But time heals.

JB is easily the best in the NBA forums at generating topics that present actual basketball discussion. Do you really want to open the NBA forums up and see 14 threads dedicated to how bad LeBron sucks? I don't

It won't stop me from watching the NBA in the long run. I'm too much of a fan to have one missed season to effect my love for the game.

I'll probably just cherish it more when it's back.

as a canadian, I will rekindle my love affair with a game played of frozen ice where the players have knives on their feet and hooked clubs in their hands.

Hope the NBA issues a refund policy like the NFL did for season tickets and take a vacation to somewhere in Europe.

Well except school, hanging out with friends, playing soccer and basketball, there are a lot of good tv shows to watch - breaking bad, walking dead, dexter, there is soccer and tennis (us open) , eurobasket in september...
its not the end of the world

I'm not gonna lie, I will find it VERY tough to go a whole season without basketball. It's not that I don't have a life, but I just love watching basketball and it's even worse that the NFL, my back up sport, is in a similar situation. And I'm going to miss out on a year in which my Knicks are legitimately good going into the season for the first time in years. But life goes on, and I'll simply return to watching basketball in 2012.

Baseball playoffs, some NFL, and I'm going to attempt to start watching hockey. Maybe check out some euroleague or college basketball as well, if I really miss it.

It would def suck..but what could I do but just live my life... It won't stop me from being anymore of a fan than I already am...The nba could be locked out for 2 years and I'd still be a loyal fan when it came back...

Work, go to school, watch college football and basketball. Yes, college ball is done March but the Kings season is usually over by around December anyways, so it won't be much different.

Boogie and Jimmer highlights should do me just fine as well.

Yea he tried making a new account, but the moderators didn't allow it. Apparentely he was tired of people asking him to delete his account lol.

I wouldn't change anything for me. Obviously I would be pissed off and miss watching it if there were a lockout, but I wouldn't stop being a fan because of it. When it came back I would like it just as much as ever.

Go out with all the ladies I blew off because a good game was on. Promise I will be more attentive to them from now on. Give them a proper good shagging. Blow them off again once the season starts.

I'd be pretty depressed if a lockout occurs. I'd remain a fan though. The NBA is really the only sport I follow, so I dont think I would start watching another sport in replacement of basketball.

Try to keep my basketball tastes alive by watching the D-league, Euroleague. It would totally piss me off if 2012 thing is real and we all die right when the lockout ends.
