Yeah I was going to do the whole first round but decided to just do the first 20 picks of the draft all time.. it was time consuming I felt like I was preparing for a exam haha

Not a bad list I'd put Magic Johnson as the best #1 pick. Lebron hasn't accomplished anything yet to be better than Magic.

Dominique Wilkins at 3 instead of Penny...and Julius Erving at 12, even though he never played for the Bucks (who had Abdul-Jabbar and Oscar Robertson)

I would take Bron off and replace with Duncan.

If you were told before the draft that Duncan would win 4 Championships but Bron has a lot of potential to win multiple, who would you choose?

Duncan, no doubt. Also helps that he won all with one team

Duncan won with david robinson, sean elliott, manu ginobili, tony parker...this year was the 1st year lebron got that kind of help, and they went to the finals, i say wait and see...

Yes, we need to wait. But as of now its Duncan. I don't care who he had, you can say that about anyone. You can use that same arguement if/when Bron wins, having Wade and Bosh; much more help than Duncan has had. And personally I like Wade over Bron just my opinion

Look for Amare to pass Tmac at #9 when it's all said and done. What did Tmac ever really do anyway?

One major problem! If the Frozen One is on the list for #1 pick, then the real Superman a.k.a Dwight Howard needs to be on that list.

Amare passed him a while ago!

Amare did not pass Tmac in any way if you really think about it people were talking about Tmac being better than Kobe at one point (to which I didnt agree with) and T mac had to carry Houston without Yao and the Magic without Grant Hill for a number of years , and this is before the injury problems with T Mac

My reason for Jermaine O'Neal at 17 is because he was a top tier player for a number of years... as for Amare his career does not match up with Tmac also he had a better cast of players than T mac

Magic and Shaq were not better than Kareem and Wade is better than Scottie. He actually led a team to the title as the man and led the team in PER, Win Shares and Scoring. And Wade is clearly a top 50 player, maybe even top 25-30 player all time. And Garnett is a top 20 player all time so that automatically puts him over Pippen who is in the 25-30 range.

Im assuming you are somewhat of a Bulls fan so let me just put this here for you Pippen 6 rings... Garnett and Wade 2 championships... Wade was huge in their championship win but he also had Shaq/ZO/Walker/Payton/Posey/Williams/Kapono) Garnett had (Rondo/Perk/Pierce/Allen) sure Pippen had Rodman and #23 Pippen usually guarded the other teams best player and still put up the numbers that he did sure you can make a argument for Garnett but don't throw Wade in there just yet...and yes Magic is better than Kareem do we forget the finals where Magic had to play C and they won... im not saying KAJ is not good but he does not surpass the players I mentioned

This is a myth, Pippen did not guard the other teams best player. He guarded SF's with the exception of a few instances.

Wade led a team to a title as the man. Pippen never did that, he was the 2nd guy on championship teams. Garnett led a team to the best record in the league in Minnesota and won MVP. Pippen finished top 5 in MVP twice in his career.

Magic was not better than Kareem. Kareem won MVP that year and it was him that put up 33 and 13 in the finals that year as well. Not to mention that game Kareem was out Wilkes got 37 and 10.

Ok your argument for MVP holds some water but not a lot because honestly in 20 years would you believe someone when they say Kobe Bryant and Shaq each only won the MVP award once! as for the debate with Magic and KAJ its hard to say because both positions are huge in basketball but for that team I believe Magic was more important to the Lakers...

back to Wade for a second... he led his team to a championship but against a Dallas Maverick team that is weaker in comparison to the teams that Chicago played in the 90's which includes LAL (Magic/Worthy/Divac/Scott) SEA (Payton/Hawkins/Kemp) Utah (Stockton/Malone/Hornacek) POR (Porter/Drexler/Robinson) PHX (Barkley/Johnson/Marjele)
