Sam Amick: As Minnesota continues search for high-level player in exchange for No. 2 pick, source says T-Wolves made offer for Lakers C Andrew Bynum. Twitter

This was on HoopHype.

If the Lakers don't do this deal, they officially have one of the worst front offices in the NBA.

They didn't want to do Bynum for Carmelo earlier in the the season and now they'd have an opportunity to put Derrick Williams or Kyrie Irving into the lineup and potentially continue the Lakers greatness beyond Kobe's era, but they won't trade Bynum, who they haven't wanted to trade, whose ceiling at this point appears to be 15 points and 8 rebounds.

The Lakers will just continue to decline if they leave the lineup the way it is and they'll enter another bad era like from 1992-1996.

i would like for it to happen because it would take LA out of the trade discussion for Dwight Howard. idk if its the best deal for either team especially since if im LA, im waiting for Orlando to start listening for offers for Howard and keep Bynum as trade value.
