Pistons announce John Kuester out as head coach. Team says decision made following a meeting between new ownership and the head coach.

Kuester will be probably be going to the Lakers as Mike Browns assistant.

I dont think he was the worst coach. I mean there was a huge problem brewing in the locker room with the pistons players... RIP barley played last season I hope Detroit gets back on track and highers Larry brown. Maybe they can be a 5-6 seed next season

Yeah and pigs can fly.

We suck.

We don't have a true PG or a SG or SF or Center.

Much needed move. Winning about 1/3 of your games is unacceptable.

Good assistant coach but not head coaching material!

Good. He alienated his players. He needed to go

No big shock, Pistons would have been crazy to bring him back. The players didnt want to play for him anymore and he didnt seem to know what he was doing.

The team has been for sale for the last 2 seasons, Dumars wasn't allowed to make any changes. The new ownership just took over last Thursday.

Step one: Gores buys Pistons
Step two: Fire Q (worst players coach ever)

Now all we need is a quality big to put next to Monroe and to shed Rip's contract and we're back.

This. I can see Laimbeer going to players house handing out two pieces to players deciding not to show up, and knuckle surprise to the ones complaining at practise.
