Healthy Haslem or Miller

Take a look at Millers injury history + his contract. No thanks on Miller.

My personal responses to this thread and the identical Bulls thread:

Bulls: Woah! I get to take a player from the Bulls' bench! So many good players to choose from, which do I want!?!?

Heat: Ugh, I have to take a player from the Heat bench? Do I haaaaaaaaaave to?

Really though, I voted Haslem.

Any answer other than Juwan Howard is simply incorrect

any team in the league would love to have james jones or a halthy haslem and miller.

depends on the team, Haslem is an OK player, Miller used to be ( what the F($# Happened to him.) and Chalmers could be an OK starting PG. I would say for the bulls sake though, I would take Chalmers, just becuase MIller is old ( 31, and he hasnt produced ) bulls odnt need a PF. and Chalmers could be a very nice Backup PG in the bulls system.

Anybody on that bench wouldn't see the floor for the Mavs, so nobody.

No question in my mind: Haslem. The dude should have been starting over Bosh at the season's start. He was out-rebounding him with less minutes. He's the kind of work horse I would love to have on my team. Does all the dirty work, busts his @$$ off on the boards, and doesnt b!tch if he isnt getting enough 'touches' like other Heat power forwards that expect certain things should be handed to him.

Haslem

Juwan Howard. He's a stand-up guy and will make a nice assistant imo. Other than that, no one. None of those players would see minutes on my Bulls (no I don't think Haslem would, I think Taj and Omer are both better for the purpose they serve for us) or aren't worth it due to contract reasons (Miller, he'd work in Chicago but is awful due to his contract and injuries). Maybe Chalmers, but I don't know if he really is much better than Watson and I HATE that prick anyway.

Haslem, easily.

05-16-2011, 11:53 AM
James Jones. Celtics could really use a knock down 3 pt shooter off the bench that plays good defense.

Give me a healthy Haslem. Does the dirty work for you and is their best reserve.

Ray_R

Jones or Haslem. Which ever one doesnt mind being eating alive by Omer Asik.

Haslem without question.

I think its time for you to start a Thunder bench thread. Make sure to include poll. :)

Do I have to chose one? It would have to be Haslem I suppose. James jones is second, but he is one-dimension (he does nothing else besides knock down those threes).

id take chalmers. hes a good option for a backup PG

thekmp211
05-16-2011, 01:25 PM
assuming everyone has a clean slate of health and plays like they have historically, i'd take miller easily. i expect him to bounce back big-time next year, he never got comfortable on a high octane, high pressure team.

haslem is close, but he has been hurt all year. as far as this years bench, i guess jones or chalmers. probably chalmers.

Pretty much the same thing as Bulls question...Haslem is their best bench player but Lakers have Odom so to add shooting to the Lakers I'd take Jones...I wouldn't mind getting Chalmers either

Raptors will take Jamaal Magloire because hes Canadian and black.

James Jones, Lakers need a legit 3 pt shooter.

I'm not sure I would take anyone to tell you the truth. A healthy Miller would be of interest because he is a shooter but he can't stay healthy so what's the point in taking him.
