Looking at videos, not only is his crossover quick, but he didn't carry the ball even slightly it seems.

Take a lot at those.

Iverson may have carried the ball a bit, but his crossover had the most victims...

Iverson had the best crossover In my opinion. He was breakin ankles on the reg.

wow, i miss the real grant hill...his detroit days were ridiculous. Ever since then, he has been battling injuries, and has not been the superstar/hall of fame player he was meant to be.

Been very healthy the last 2-3 seasons though. Even got votes for DPOY this year.

But, yeah, really makes you wonder what could have been. Still an impressive player though.

He was the 6'8" forward who can do it all before Lebron. Grant was very quick for a player his size. NBA dominance is all about mismatch:

Players his size don't have the speed to stay with him.

Players who can stay with him don't have his size.

Too bad we couldn't see more of his old form.

I was too young to see th real Hill, but from wiki statistics he was a beast... Too bad fro the injuries..and those Sportsmanship Awards really shows that he`s not only a true athlete and warrior but also a humble and gentle man

damn those injuries...
it's sad to see a player like Brandon Roy go through the same thing in today's game

Grant Hill was amazing back in the day.
I'm happy to see him recovered today and playing solid ball after the injuries kept him out of the game for quite some time.

Don't forget Penny! I wonder what the last decade would have been like if all those three didn't have that much injuries...

The only two I would put for sure above Grant Hill crossover-wise would be Iverson and Jamal Crawford.

Id have to say the most filthy crossover was Mr "We talkin about practice" Iverson

Guys who had ridiculous crossovers:

Tim Hardaway
Allen Iverson
Stevie Francis
Stephon Marbury (yes I swear at one point he did)

And from some of the old timers Ive heard that Cousy and Pistol Pete had a killer crossover too

i maybe old school, b/c iverson's crossover was the first carrying over crossover, and kobe copied it in the late 90's... that's not a cross over. Hill's was good, but let's go with the guy nicknamed the "killer crossover".... Tim Hardaway was the best i've seen.

Rose & Westbrook are carrying the ball when they cross over...

AI, Tim Hardaway, Paul, Rose, Rondo all have/had much quicker crossovers. But for a man so big, Hill was definitely one of the quickest ever.

Jamal Crawford has some nice handles.

I am a big fan of Tim Hardaway's "Utep 2 Step"...its a real basic move, but when you speed up the cross you kill people with it

Obviously you never saw Pistol Pete Maravich who invented the crossover. Tiny Archibald was pretty good at it too.

AI to me had the sickest crossover moves and I'm still upset that he left the NBA on such a bad note.

Orlando could of have the first big three (of this generation) in Tmac-Hill-Duncan...I remember that..then Duncan decided to stay in SA and Hill had some of the worst luck ever...

CP3 pulls off some pretty nasty crossovers although he does carry a bit but refs dont call slight carries. AI was also great.

found this video. its a CP3/AI crossover compilation. AI pulls off some crazy crossovers in this vid

From the looks of it i would say A.I had the crossover that seamed super ankle breaking most likely because he was extremely aggressive, fast and changed rhythm a lot.

Hills crossover was more smooth, whole Grants game was like that, a nice flowing rhythm. Hill wasn't as aggressive as A.I, didn't put so much pressure on the defender all the time yet his crossover (from what i remember) was always extremely effective.

Oh Grant about his own crossover http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ySvyx2cMPY
