i wouldn't want to run into a screen that Shaq sets. KG is alright as well.

How was that an offensive foul?

Big Z is dreadful. 70% of the times his "screens" are of the moving variety.

The ones that stand out to me are KG and Kurt Thomas.

...well we all know who's the best as setting illegal screens.

I kid Boston fans, I kid! :laugh2: :hide:

Honestly, KG is deadly with the screen. His frame is perfect for it; big enough to be effective, thin enough to be physical without getting the offensive foul (knocking the opponent on his butt). KG settin screens for Ray is so deadly.

This is true. Bibby is pretty good at it. A solid choice.

Ben Wallace during his time was a beast, currently I see Dwight or KG being the best

I have heard Nate Thurmond was excellent at it.

This is a tough question because screens go so unnoticed during the run of play. It would take some serious time to watch all the teams so detailed and figure out who is setting the best screens.

From the Thunder (since I can actually attest to this from watching so many games), Perk sets the hardest screens, while Collison sets the most effective screens.

Good pick thought I also gotta give some love to Bill Laimbeer.

Dwight is terrible at setting screens. Its a moving screen every time. I wish he got called for it more to be honest, so he'll stop doing it and *****ing when he actually gets called for it and get T'd up. Gortat sets good screens but I'd say KG sets some of the meanest screens out there

Perkins, Camby, Ben Wallace, Kurt Thomas was a good one, Duncan is pretty solid, Tyson Chandler was a beast in pick n roll with CP3

My edit---- just thought of Kenyon Martin too

Not many guys looking at all time players, just current guys. To be honest the art of the screen has been lost by the new generation of players.

KG's screens are pretty sick.

The annoucers explain it in the video. You can't lean in the defender when setting screens.

I know they are not in the nba but the kids from Butler are great at it. Matt Howard is a monster in the "screen setting" game...
