Now, I was warned that you can't link to another forum so I won't do that in this post. But I'm sure many of you guys were aware of the APBRmetrics forum where guys like Dean Oliver, John Hollinger, etc. all roamed. It was like the Library of Alexandria (someone described it that way on their site, so I won't take credit for coming up with that) of APBRmetrics. Unfortunately, like that Library, all the info on the site is lost. Very unfortunate.

Does this setback the APBR community? There was some heavy research, etc. shared on that forum.

Man, who the hell would want to do that? How lame.

Damn, I can't imagine the amount of frustration some of those people are feeling. All that number crunching and researching gone for nothing.

that is horrible.

Some good news: they've managed to recover some of the threads. But still don't know why someone would want to hack that forum.
