I'm the only man in America who bet $50,000 on the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Damn. That's a lot of money for Floyd lately. He recently made money off the Bulls too...

I wouldn't risk $50,000 on the cavs if the return is only $47,619. Not the smartest bet, but when you're as rich as Floyd i guess who cares.

Eh, he took the spread. If he would have taken the money line, that pay out would have been around $200,000.

Athletes know how to waste money very well. They are a real stimulus to the economy!

The money line was +1300 for the Cavs so he would have made $650,000.

So how does that work? It says take: 50,000 but Win:47,000. Did he lose 3000 or he made 47,000?

Made 47,000

To be fair, it wasn't that risky of a bet...the Cavs had to get within 12 points, not win straight up

Whaaat? There is no way the money line was that generous. Where the hell did you see that at?

He bet on them to lose by less than 13. That's really the bet he made.

Congrats Floyd! I'm sure hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of people did the same. I would have too if I wasn't taking a little break from betting.

He also was apparently only betting on the second half of the game (See SI's Hot Clicks from today).

Even a loser gets it right once in a while. Why not bet on Pacquio homey?

He should have taken the money line that would have been balls taking a 12pt spread with Cavs home court really isn't that amazing.
