Derek Fisher's "incident" last week with Chris Kaman was retroactively upgraded by the NBA to a Flagrant Foul, Type 2. No suspension, tho.

3 days after the fact on a moving pick and 1 game later .... HORSE ****

A bunch of major BS. Kaman is the one who was *****ing and crying, yelling at Fish trying to fight him.

Kaman should get a fine for taunting and threatening to fight him in the parking lot. What kind of **** is that?

It is all because Fisher is such a renegade ... You know, the outlaw President of the NBA Players Association ... :eyebrow:

Yeah they mentioned it yesterday during the game. The NBA is a joke, seriously.

It's an indirect jab towards the NBAPA.

From what i remember, the actual incident wasnt caught on film, just the trash talking after. What actually happened??

I can see why they did it.

Here is the video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASo8zpJaTjg)

Fisher elbowed him in the back of the head.

There was a ground-level replay shown during last night's contest:

Basically, Kaman 'set' a hard, moving blindside pick on Fish, lowering his shoulder/elbow into Derek, throwing Fisher off balance. In turn, Fisher flailed his arm up and back into and over Kaman's shoulder, followed by a glancing blow, perhaps inadvertant, perhaps intentional, yet certainly a somewhat heavy one, off the side/back of Chris's head. In no way, though, was this contact as 'measured' and direct as what Fish did to Scola in the playoffs a couple of years back ...

A Flagrant 2 for that Clipper game action is just ridiculous ... Stern and his boys blow harder than Jenna Haze ...

Maybe its a shot at the player association since Mr. Fisher is the president.

Kaman complained last season too that Gasol was selected over him for the ASG. I didn't see this incident though, anyone care to share a video of it?

I wish players can just say **** this and start new league of their own, and make rules.

i am sure they can work thing out on their own without NBA as long as fans support them XD

Flagrant 2? It ain't even a Flagrant 1. All I saw was fish trying to run through the screen. the nba once again has over reacted to the cries of a coach and a player. Just goes to show that they will "tax" the Lakers with every opportunity they get.

Fisher's was hit from the backside and his arms just went back. Totally accidental hit from the way I see it.

I love the Lakers, I love Fish, but that was bush league for sure. Fisher flops a lot and I think that was intentional. Maybe he didn't mean to elbow him in the back of the head, but he definitely thorough his arm back.
