For example. My team's the Rockets. I think we need to answer our center problem as well as play defense consistently. Will that make us a contender? Maybe or maybe not, but that's a start for them.

Does your team need new management? New personnel? For kobe to retire if youre out west? Lol.does your team need a new town to play in?

What's needed for your team to win a championship?

A great defensive big man(preferably C but PF could do if they can guard C's) beside Bargnani.

Aside from roughly 5 teams in the entire NBA everyone one of them has a center problem...

For the Sixers, they need a 2 that can consistently score...

They could also use a solid, defensive minded, athletic center...

HEAT
we need a pg that can hit when open and play d
a good rebounding c that can play on the low block if asked to, which would be maybe 3 times a game.
pat riley to come down and coach
better fans at home games, the place can be full at times but at times it looks so empty
mike miller to start hitting some 3s
oh and lebron needs to be clutch

I know. I didn't wanna list everything because it would have taken forever but that would be the biggest step forward.

As of now, the thunder have everything they need to win a championship. They just have to play the spurs in the second round...thats the most favorable match-up since they will run all over the spurs.
