How the nuggets are not in your "better teams but not quite elite" category, I have no idea... They are 8:2 without Anthony, and playing some of the best team ball I've seen. They could easily be 10:0, losing in Portland by 1 point, and some bad calls in LA which was a very close game...

nuggets are good, they just haven't proven anything yet. playoffs will tell where they are. if you like them vote for them...

if the nets can lock up d-will and get another superstar, they will be up there IMO. Not elite, but alot better.

i also like the pacers but i voted for memphis griz. pacers seem like they are getting their act together and have some nice pieces.

The Nuggets are most set fo that next step, but the sixers, grizz, and nets are all coming strong. The Bucks should be in the mix, but injuries have put them back this year. The Clips and Kings should be up and coming but they it could still be a while. Warriors should be good but they need another big.

I really don't see why The Nuggets, Grizz, or Sixers are any worse than the Hornets, Portland, or Knicks. Atlanta might be a slight step ahead but they are too erratic and I don't think they're a playoff team; with Johnson's contract I really don't know where they go to improve.

With Gordon, Jordan, and Blake, I like LA. They need a PG like Nash and could become elite very quickly.

Knicks haven't proven anything either yet but you have them higher up on the list. I picked the nuggets because you honestly have them in the wrong category.

This. Imagine CP3 going there.

The Sixers aren't getting much love, but they have a young, well coached team who is coming together and playing some really good basketball right now. Everyone is pretty much set in their roles and its working well for them. Add the continued development of ET and this team is not only going to compete this season, but be attractive to FAs like Marc Gasol in the offseason and get even better. They're my pick for sure

NUggets, Clippers, Grizzlie, Nets, Warriors then Pacers...in that order! Nuggets can do it now, Clippers are a PG and about 2 years away from trying to contend. Grizz need to get the chem flowing better, Nets need to surround Williams, Humphiries and Lopez with talent, Pacers just need about 3-4 years and a couple of young talents to fill out the bench.
