His leadership has really shown in the past couple of games and its turning into wins all around. He has become a great leader and even a better leader than Shaq was when he was Kobe's age. This is a good sign for us guys, its clear he wants to win even more bad this year!

yes he was already a leader but he has been much more vocal this season and we see him getting everyone involved more and more often. I see him giving all his teammates that "killer instinct" aspect of the game and teaching them how to keep that fire burning and keep winning

He transitioned himself into a great leader a couple seasons ago.

Without his leadership, the Lakers would not be sitting with back-to-back championships. He's been this player for a while now, getting vocal, telling players what to do and where to go.. Says the right things, gives respect to those who deserve it, and talks nothing but good things about his teammates. The "kid" has definitely grown up.

yeah if kobe wasnt a great leader we wouldnt have won the last 2 years. he already was. a few games isnt enough to display his leadership.

Yes, after leading his teams to the Finals seven times and winning five championships, Kobe Bryant has finally become a great leader in the last couple of games.

This is great unintentional comedy. :p:p:p
