View Full Version : What would your team give up to get Chris Bosh?

With all the talk of whether or not the Heat should trade Chris Bosh or not, I thought I'd ask what would your team give up for Chris Bosh? What are the most realistic spots? What kind of package do you think Miami could get? Would they be able to fill their needs for a center and point guard?

I mean seriously. All these Heat threads that just fill up with everyone taking shots at the Heat while they are struggling are comical. I'm not homer enough to sit here and say the Heat are anything better than a 3 seed right now but go ahead and sleep on the Heat. We're still just as dangerous as any team in the east. So enjoy it now folks. Keep making the threads and keep bashing their players. The last few days with all these threads just shows what PSD has become. Children sitting in front of computers filled with hate for the heat. Everyone complains about heat fans but honestly alot of you are 10 times worse.

Not anymore comical the all the heat fans that were talking about breaking the bulls record, winning every game by 20+ pts, etc.... If there weren't so many Heat fans talking up their team like some super power when they hadn't even played a game yet, there wouldn't be so many threads now...

Forgive, BUT don't forget. Regular season is nothing, the Heat fans will retaliate when they advance further than the Bulls (especially now since everyone is hating on them). If the Bulls go further then retaliate; No point in doing it now... anything can happen in the playoffs.

I'm sure a lot of Suns fans won't be for it, but with Nash likely leaving soon we could advance our rebuilding with Bosh next to Gortat.
His contract is very respectable too.

I think this is a trade that both teams win in.

Heat:

Nash
Wade
Lebron
Haslem
Lopez

Suns:

Brooks
Pietrus (assuming Hill retires)
Dudley
Bosh
Gortat

That gives you two more balanced teams.

Weird choices huh? But anyway, both of these teams have great PFs, so he would never play for them. And before the season started, Bosh>>Amare and Bosh>>>Boozer. Right now, opinions r devided, but u should consider that Bosh is the 3rd option behind 2 great scorers and rebounders, while Amare is the first option on a .500 team and Boozer is the 2nd option playing next to an elite PG and great passer in Rose.

Man I'm sure Orlando fans are happy your not their GM because Orlando would be the worse team in the league in about two years. But as a Knick fan I wouldn't give them anything cause him and Amare would be the worse post defense ever! Derrick Rose said he is confident this team can win the championship this year. The Bulls could acquire a better SG in the offseason, and are one of the early name's being mentioned for a landing place for Dwight Howard. Anyways, if Rose wants to win a championship (he does), he will win one. Here's his goals so far in his career:

Which is why his contract makes it easier to swallow. It hasn't really diminished either. Just that his game isn't the best fit for what Miami actually needs. Boozer might have been a better option but no one really argued it after he first went there.

Since we got Amare, nothing. But no reason to bash Bosh. He might be a little soft, but he can still ball, good midrange shot and rebounding. He doesn't fit in Miami, which makes him look worse since all the focus is on that team, but he's not bad at all.

Dont disagree with you. I'm just saying it's pretty comical how many people are taking shots while the Heat are down. So many people have jokes when they dont even stop and realize the Heat will be realy really good at some point in the near future. By piling on like this while the Heat are down all those same Heat fans are going to be creating threads to counter all these threads once they do start finding success. It just becomes a circle of ******** posts cluttering an NBA forum i used to like to come to daily.

Anyone and anything not named Nelson (mainly because we have no other PGs who can play 10-15 minutes) or Howard.

He's not a fit on this Miami team, but he still makes it work more often than not. He is still a great player, top 20 in the league, and on a team where his skill set is utilized to the fullest, he's a huge asset. Him alongside Dwight would be orgasmic.
