Its friday on friday night so I'm a little tipsy was that the liquor talking or do they have a real chance? And dont think i'm trying to use psd for betting advise bc i already took the bet lol.

I'm gonna say no. I don't think they are better than the Spurs or Lakers. One thing people have to realize is when Perkins comes back, yeah their d will be better, but offensively if its Perkins and Ibaka, there will be a lot of pressure on KD and Westbrook to score even more, and their offense might become predictable. That being said, they are a threat out west, no question.

They matchup well in terms of starters against the Spurs, but the Spurs' depth is too much right now I think. Against LA, well like I said, Westbrook and Durant basically have to average 30 ppg, and considering that Ron guards Durant better than anyone else in the league I can see that being tough to do. Ron held KD to 35% shooting last year in the playoffs, and this year although it's only the regular season (2 games), he held KD to 8-20 and 8-24 shooting.

I think you just lost 80 dollars. I love the Thunder, but I don't think they can make it past the Lakers or Spurs, only because of the chemistry of the Spurs, length of LA, and sheer experience of both teams. Kudos to them though if they do.

Don't forget the Mavs because when Dirk has been healthy they have looked like the best team out west.

meh, I think the Thunder can take em. I'm not convinced on Dallas yet. They've teased us for the past decade and have been the #1 and #2 seed and lost in the first round. People say we can't think about history, but the playoffs are a completely different go around. I really think that champions have to endure a deep run into the playoffs first and prove they can be there with all the best teams. Can Dallas win it? Of course they can. Would I put money on them beating the Spurs, Lakers or to some degree the Thunder? I dunno.

Dumb bet. Spurs, Lakers and Dallas are all better.

You would either be a visionary or a complete idiot for making this bet depending on how the thunder performs.

They look legit now with Ibaka and Perkins defending the post. At least on paper, but we'll see how it works out.

ibaka is a good finisher around the rim and has a jump shot. not to mention he shoots 80% from the line. he can easily get 15 PPG. perkins is an 8-9 PPG player. westbrook will find them for easy baskets. also, krystic and collison were not good in the post or at scoring and we won with them.

Good luck with that... Did you see what the Spurs did to the Heat? Then you still have the Lakers or the Mavs that you need to worry about... I think you made the bet a year too early...

^ Don't listen to this ******. It was a bad bet and you can kiss that $ goodbye because it's as good as gone IMO. Spurs, Mavs, and Lakers are just too deep and too experienced for the Thunder to get pass this season. I suggest you try to cover your losses and bet that the Heat won't get out of the 2nd round.

It's the Lakers or Spurs in the West, with Dallas as a dangerous outsider.

If you were really confident in their abilities, you'd add a couple zeros to the wager.

with some luck maybe, MAYBE you can break even (go to WCF but lose). Chances are you just lost 80 bucks though

This as of right now. I think the Thunder could take out the Mavs though. As a Laker fan Spurs should be the favorite right now, their record speaks for itself.

You are going to make a profit of 0 or -80. They wont make it to the finals, but theres a chance WCF.

I think they will face problems if they face the Lakers or Spurs in the last rounds.. However it is possible
