I think there might be a lot of upsets tomorrow.

-Bulls although it's gonna be tough game in the ATL
-I'm tempted to pick the Cavs, just cause lol
-Wiz have been playing somewhat better since the break
-Suns at Celts- i think this is where Jeff Green comes into play. The Celtics can go small and match the Suns (among other teams) quickness now with a guy like Green.
-Wolves because the Pistons are a mess right now
-Game of the night= Hornets vs. Knicks.... CP3 gonna get a lot of cheers haha
-Thunder, Nuggets, Blazers, Rockets

Chicago/Atlanta should be a great game. They haven't played in a long time, but I like how Atlanta stacks up. That's my upset of the night...assuming that Chicago is favored, which might not be the case. Curious what the line is, assuming they're waiting for news on Smith. If Smith doesn't play, Chicago wins.

Good list here. I think the game of the night will be NO vs NY. I didn't much like the Bulls chances against Atl if JSmoove played, but now that he is out it looks like a very winnable game. We never did well against super athletic, versatile PFs.

Not at all cause all that means is our defensive players are coming in with Gibson, Asik, Brewer all guys who play great defense and are a big part of why our defense is so good.

They are, but it has nothing to do with Rose. Rose is a better defender than Watson. But Brewer, Gibson, and Asik are all great defenders who come off the bench. Unfortunately none of them can shoot.

I think its games like this that allows Boston to be okay with this move. I mean they can now go small with teams if they choose. Honestly, we can't make anything out of that trade (Perk for Green), until we see how they play against Chicago, Miami, LA etc. But I like how they can go small now, cause they may need to do so against Miami and New York (if it comes to that).

Damn, Rose can't find the side of a barn from three the past couple months. He's entirely regressed from his early season improvement. Interesting, too, because he's been better from the line (great, at that).

I kind of seen some sort of regress from his 3pt start but, he really has taken a dive. I think the one thing that is good is with his work ethic you know he will improve on it and he more then anyone knows his 3pt shooting has been ******.

Yeah, and on top of that he likes to keep launching them when they aren't falling. It's okay though, it's just one game.

Deng is definitely the MVP of this game. He has been an assassin since that game winner against the Heat.

I think the most dishearting thing about this Bulls lose is how we completely did a 180 and looked like a different team in the second. It is funny cause if you follow the Bulls at all we usually always start like **** or are neck and neck and then we define ourselves on second half adjustments. This wasn't the case tonight we played terribly and Rose did nobody favors but, it is what it is. I think it just sucks when you lose a game you pretty much should have ran away with and allowed a team right back in it.

You should beat ORL, though Dwight has just been one big problem for CHI in recent meetings. The Bulls were running away with that game, and they made a complete 180 like northsider said. Al Horford made things more difficult, not to mention Rose shooting badly. It was the first time I've seen him get packed. Marvin Williams had a huge block on him late in the game.

Boston being better on the road kind of plays into my point. Sure, that's an oddity, but again...the easiest ways to find the best teams, or the teams that are going to make a run in the playoffs is road record. Don't get why this is polarizing.

The Bulls are obviously a contender...right now they look like the second best team in the East. But I'm going to continue to have questions, much like I have serious doubts about Miami, until they can show they can win on the road. If they have to play both Miami and Boston in a 7 game series without HCA, they won't get past both of them, at least they haven't shown that ability quite yet.

I see what you are saying because I think for either team to beat Boston they will NEED 7 games and will NEED that 7th game at home. Bulls/Heat getting the top seed is crucial for their already slim chances at besting Boston.

All I'm saying is I don't buy into the regular season at all. Statistically, win margin is a better indicator of playoff success than road wins or overall record. I refuse to believe that and see it as a statistical anomoly but that IS what the stats show.

But realistically the playoffs come down to health and matchups. The 82 games before the playoffs are honestly just there to make money and determine the worst large market team that will win the lottery.

The difference between Boston last year and Chicago this year is that Boston was a veteran team that clearly was coasting in the regular season to make sure they'd be healthy in the playoffs. Chicago is doing no such thing. There's a reason Boston's records might seem like anomalies.

Someone said earlier that the regular season doesn't matter and that it's all about the playoffs. While in essence, that's obviously true (you have to make the playoffs, then anything is possible), I don't buy it for young teams like Chicago. What they do now is telling. What Boston did in the regular season last year was not so much. They are allowed to flip the switch, or at least use that argument...Chicago can't use that yet. Beating 3 playoff teams on the road, and being .500 overall is telling. No way around it.

There's probably a correlation between "hate" (or just not ***-kissing the Bulls) and the amount of non-stop hype and promotion that exists from some of the Bulls fans. No fan base hypes and defends its players so tirelessly and obnoxiously than the Bulls fans on PSD. I really didn't have a problem with them, and don't actually (prefer them to Boston, Miami and ATL), but when I post here, it's really hard to like them. They're shoved in your face more than Kobe ever was by Laker fans or the Heat ever were by Heat fans.

A 10000X I agree.

Yet a lot of them can't take other's face shoving maturely.

But in fairness there are a couple of 3-5 Bulls fan here in PSD that you would love to read their opinions everyday. They're just overwhelmed by numerous dbag fans.

So Rose can't have a bad game. Give me a break. Every star in the history of this game has a bad game once in awhile. Everyone please get some sleep

Yeah, Love is on a path to have a remarkable career. I knew getting raped up front trading for him in fantasy would work out in the end!

Man... I'm really digging this new Denver team. They actually seem like their starting to develop some good chemistry and they actually play defense. Just something about them really intrigues me. Might be because of the big trade and I want to see how they do as the season progresses.

nuggets are def solid, all you had to do was look at their starting line up after the trade and know who their coach was to know...this team has a good chance

I don't. Maybe he should get half of Tolliver's minutes but Darko and Pekovic earned their spots IMO.
