Understanding his current situation and the rockets, say a team in need of a center would possibly consider Yao, what would they have to give back to Houston.

Flubber. Any team trading for him would need lots of Flubber. Shoot some Flubber into those legs and maybe hes worth trading for. But at his age and his history you'd be better off throwing the dice on Oden.

A bag of chips. Plus I would make Houston throw in some pom poms so he could atleast cheer his new team since he wouldn't play.

Isn't he out for the year? So a team in need of a center probably shouldn't trade for him.

A team in need of a massive following and its resulting money might trade for him, but beyond that-why would a team trade for him? He's not going to get healthy-he's been hurt too long and too often. His body is just not made for playing basketball, seems like.

a 50$ plate dinner and a couple glasses of wine, you'd get Yao in the backseat of your car by midnight.

No one would want him considering his current injury status and history.

Raptors offer Kleiza and Evans for his arse.

Yea, the better question is why would you want to trade for Yao Ming? He can give you 20 minutes per game, in 10 games a year... He was ok at one time, but now he's garbage....

I'd love for the Raps to get him.

He'd be a cash cow even though he wouldn't play.

There is a big Chinese population in Toronto and the jersey sells would be big even though he doesn't have to play once.

If they take on Kleiza's contract, I'd do the deal. He's an expiring too. Only helps.

Rockets should have never had him play b2b and they should have limited him to 28MPG 50 games a year MAX. Their greatest error is not treating Yao like the precious tinfoil that he was.
