Exactly, you paid for it so why not use it. We will definitely see the true fans next season.

But congrats to the cavs, I'am glad they finally broke the losing streak. You wouldn't want any NBA team going through that. And I hope Dan Gilbert would shut up now and focus his energy on making this team relevant again, his players does not deserve this embarrassment.

Lebron had a good thing going in Cleavland he was bound to be a legend and icon over there. He had that whole place in the palm of his hands. Not sure he can get that back in Miami its still seem like Wade county.

I was at the game last night, and it was a great atmosphere. It's the first game I've made it out to this season and I was actually really surprised to see so many people there. It kind of gave me goosebumps actually. This is one of the worst teams in NBA history, but you would never know it by the way the crowd reacted. I mean did you see the ovation the crowd gave Mo Williams when he took the court? This is Mo Williams we're talking about. If you show loyalty and play hard the fans will follow you and respect you even if you're struggling.

I'm still proud to be a Cavs fan. The amount of hate we get because of the jersey burnings and such is completely unjustified. Every fan base has their overly fanatical idiots, and I'm sure if Lebron had left any other team in the league the way he did, the same things would have happened there.

Cavs fans are better than those in miami. Miami fans only attend when they are winning.

Great win for the Cavs, but the majority of the fans are season ticket holders. The fans re-newed their tickets, before the decision. You'll see the true fans next season.

Best crowd I've seen all season are Boston crowds and the crowd in Portland was hopping, so loud.

Nope. Wasn't there. But did watch the game.

glad to see it, but as pointed out, many of those fans are season ticket holders who already had their tickets bought when LeBron left them. Next season it will be an empty house most nights.
I do think the appeal of watching Blake will make the Clips draw road crowds though.

Give Dan Gilbert credit. He knew LeBron likely wont be back next year so he made it where if you wanna get playoff tickets for the 2010 Cavs playoff games, you HAVE to buy season tickets for the next season.

He may not know how to put a good supporting cast around a superstar player but he knows bussiness.

All of these tickets were sold before lebron left. My friend works in their front office with ticketing and they aren't getting people to renew their tickets at all. So sure give them props that they bought tickets to these games long ago and still went but wait till next year when theres no one there.
