What is his worth to most other teams? Does he have a bad contract in your opinion? Why is he under-utilized? What is his potential in the next few years?

I never hear much about him but the times I've seen him play I have seen him show tons of heart. Which team could use him the most?

#1. Yes he has a bad contract
#2. He has no potential, at this point in his career he is what he is

woulda been a steal for the bulls.

But to the OP, he isn't worth his contract, and agreed with above, this is as good as he's going to get. He doesn't have the right head to become a legit starter in the NBA in my opinion.

Portland also says thanks for LaMarcus Aldridge.

Which led to us landing Derrick Rose. Worked out great.

Bulls obviously would have been much better had they draft Aldridge, not a ton but enough to probably move a spot or 2 in the draft in which they got rose, as PF was a glaring hole for us.

thomas has actually been a much better player this year than previous. he's talented and athletic, but isn't the headiest player.

overpaid? probably a little. but you can do a lot worse for a young, athletic forward. hes good.

Obviously this is all hypothetical. Had the Bulls kept Aldridge (with the Knicks pick) they would have been a much better team in the 2007- 2008 season. Thus never falling into the lottery and having a shot at Derrick Rose.

trading aldridge didnt led the bulls to getting drose. cuz david stern did. just WTF? 9th best chance and you win the lottery? obviously flawed. hell even if the yhave aldridge and lets say have the 14th worst record. stern would still find a way to let them get rose

I picked him in the off season to be this season's MIP. After that ridiculous contract he was given I really thought that this season he'd be given the nudge to start, but has failed to win a starting position however.

His per/36 minutes numbers aint to shabby. I really think we are yet to see his peak production however. IMO given ample starting minutes in the right system he could quite possibly be a 15-8 type player.

He is having his best year of his career this season IMO. I really think that he is yet to hit his cealing. The potential tag is no longer there IMO. He's just waiting to get consistent starting minutes and produce.

That lottery was rigged or did you forget?
