it's been clear a lot of people don't really like david stern. so im asking if you had to create a commissioner for the nba what qualities would you want him to have?
you can mix it with celebrities or tv characters along with traits they must have.

for example i dont want a comissioner that favours any players. gotta be fair and no bending the rules for anyone. like chef ramsay no bulls*** attitude. but also gotta know how to entertain fans give us what we want like dana white from the ufc...thats just a couple

I know everybody hates Stern. I don't care for him much either. But dude has been around for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time and is pretty underrated IMO.

I'd start with Kurt Russell's steel blue eyes, then go with Harrison Ford's famous scowl and top it off with Bon Jovi's epic flowing hair.

But seriously all it would take is someone who is committed to furthering the growth of the NBA without jeopardizing the integrity of the game. Someone who every single time decides what's best for the league, not what's best for putting money in his pockets.
