If Brandon Jennings' injury keeps him out of Slam Dunk Contest, NYK's Bill Walker told me he wants in. Says he has array of windmill dunks.

I'd love to see Skywalker in the dunk contest, he's definitely a better option then Jennings who has only attempted 1 dunk this season.

I don't even get why they have Ibaka, Jennings and Mcgee in there.

Jennings wont be dunking cuz he'll be injured and isn't really a high flyer.

Ibaka and Mcgee got hops but they don't have the finesse IMO to make creative dunks. They are more power dunkers to me who'll do a free throw dunk or something. They probably don't even have the air time to go between the legs or something.

I say take everyone out but Griffin and put wing and backcourt players in.

Bill who?? I'm just joking, but in all seriousness, the casual NBA fan is going to be asking themselves that if Bill Walker was allowed in.

Not that they wouldn't be saying the same for McGee or Ibaka.

I'd definitely like to see Walker get a shot. I think he would be Griffin's top competitor.

Nobody knows this kid, he and beasley were a sick 1-2 Duo punch in college, and this guy was a perenial lottery pick until he had major injuries.

Sad really.

Sucks, Billy can absolutely fly.

If he didn't have back to back knee surgeries, he could be a household name by now. In high school, he was coined the next Vince Carter.

In high school, he was OJ Mayo's sidekick. In college, he was Beasley's sidekick. Both players have said Walker has as much talent as anyone they've seen.

Either way, he'd open eyes if he got a shot in the dunk contest. He can fly.

he's great offensively, but a liability on the defensive end.
but in addition to his hops, he's a good 3 pt shooter as well.

I'd love to see Bill in the dunk contest, but the NBA probably feels like he's not a big enough name.

man put Shannon Brown in, he would be sick! Oh wait.

Until this contest attracts the superstar's (Lebron, wade, etc..) it's a waste of time.
