Here's My Rookie Team:

C Cousins, Favors
PF Griffin, Davis
SF Fields,
SG W Johnson, Turner
PG Wall, Gary Neal

Honorable mentions: Greg Monroe, Derrick Favors, Eric Bledsoe

Sophmore Team:

C Blair
PF Ibaka, Gibson
SF Matthews, DeRozan
SG Harden
PG Jennings, Collison, Holiday

I know i left out curry & evans and of course they're equally or more talented than any of the other guys but they're both hurt a lot and/or have not been as effective as they were last season.

What do you think? Agree or Disagree?

Greg Monroe will make it, especially if he continues to play like he has recently. His last two games he put up.....

16 points 13 rebounds
14 points 11 rebounds

Rookie, Sophomore games consists of 9 players per roster.

Aside from that BOTH your rosters are absolutely horrendous. Mullens Thabeet Hansbrough over Ibaka, Blair, Hill? Henderson, Casspi, Daye over Mathews? Ty Lawson over Jrue Holiday? :speechless: Just wrong on so many levels.

agreed. Really close game. wall and Griffin will dominate, but the sophmores have so many threats with Evans, Curry, Holliday, Mathews, and others. I predict Griffin to go crazy and get a 30-17

Neal deserves some respect. Yeah he's older, but a rookie's a rookie and he has been essential to a large portion of the spurs' success. I think he should be in over Evan Turner.

Jrue Holiday is better than Jennings. Simply because he plays defense and is just far more efficient

Last 7 games...
19.9 ppg, 3.5 rpg 8.9 apg 53% shooting, 38% 3pt, 1.2 spg

those are some big numbers for the 2nd youngest player in the league behind only John Wall.

He plays like a veteran at the age of 20, for those who haven't seen him, he plays at an extremely controlled pace and makes very sound decisions with the ball. You'd think he's been in the league for 10 years the way he handles himself out there on the court.

Also the fact that he's 6'4 allows him to guard multiple positons and post up guards.

Jrue will end up being a top 3 guard from his class along with Curry and Evans.

Quite frankly soon there won't even be a debate. Jrue has already shown much more maturity and better leadership on and off the floor.

Call me a homer but I think it's a real possibility he can become a top 3 PG in the NBA. He's only 20 and his numbers should hopefully only get better with expierence and better players around him.

Homer

I Love his game as much as the next guy but I don't see him being better than D. Rose, Paul, D. Will or John Wall. He could probably crack the top five but I am not sure if he'll become a top 3 PG. Not impossible but improbable. I would love for him to prove me wrong though. IMO in years to come he Rondo, Curry and Westbrook will all be on the same tier which may be slightly below those previously mentioned.

It should be noted though there has been only 4 20 year olds in NBA history to average 14 ppg, 6 apg and 3 rpg per game they are Chris Paul, LeBron James, Magic Johnson and Derrick Rose.

Jrue Holiday and John Wall are in the middle of doing it. He's keeping some exclusive company so it may not be far-fetched to think that he could indeed be in the top 3 at some point during his career. By season end he should be around 16, 7 and 4 for the very least.
