There are some dangerous places to be in the world. Inside Ron Artest's Cadillac Escalade is one of them. Inside Ron Artest's brain is another.

We're about to spend 16 hours inside both.

7:41 p.m. -- Tonight's assignment: Check Tyreke Evans, the Kings' best player by far. Enter Artest Logic.

"I overtrained swimming this week," he said on the way to the game. "So I'm going to be really tired tonight. Which is kinda how I like it."

Sorry?

"I can be too strong for some small forwards, so they don't want to go at me, so I get bored. So sometimes I overtrain on purpose before a game just to see if I can lock a guy down with only half my energy."

There's more.

Tonight, the coaches have told him to force Evans to his left, but the first four times Evans touches the ball, Artest forces him right.

Explain, Ron Ron?

"Just to see if I can stop them," he says. "I like looking at a guy's face when he realizes that even his best moves aren't going to work on me all night. They look depressed."

Read the full article. Artest continues to be the most hate-able/lovable guy in the league. He's so stupid it's innocent.

not gonna lie, i love ron artest. hes f*ckin outta his mind and its great. he had some troubles when he first came in the league, but he's really turned himself around. crazy as he may be, hes a good person, and quite frankly i think that needs some more recognition.

they should make a list of 50 facts of Ron Artest much like what they did for Chuck Norris, because the stuff he is saying is just gold, plain rich, great material

You assume both Rodman's and Artest's personas are dependent upon tattoos? That's absurd. Everyone in the league has tattoos and both of these guys go both much deeper and much more entertaining/stupid than tattoos.

If I could choose one guy to play 1on1 against anyone in the league on an isolation at the top of the 3 point line, it would be ron artest. So yes i will vote him #1. That is my own personal opinion, biased? Perhaps, but it is still my opinion. So stick that in your pipes and smoke it haters.

Artest doesn't have any tattoos that i have seen, so what are you talking about? Everyone has tattoos in the league no because Dennis Rodman started that in the early 90's when nobody else had them. Rodman was a true wildman and Artest is just wierd
