Paul Gasol cant be mentioned here. He is definately not underrated. NBA.com has him in its Race to MVp rankings.

This year my pick would be Darren Collison. He really has changed the culture in indiana and has brought steady contribution, yet nobody really gives him credit.
Also, Shannon Brown should get more attention.
West Matthews
Al Horford
JJ Redick
Reggie Evans (the defense, thougness and leadership he brings is astonishing)

I understand you're a Warriors fan, but does Monta have to be your answer for everything?

I'm gonna have to go with Manu still. He's the biggest part to the Spurs success right now, and he's doing it at the age of 33. The young SGs should learn something from this guy.

He's not really underrated (just hated), but Joakim Noah is up there pretty high (top 5 at the position). He's developing into quite the Bill Laimbeer and he plays on a pretty scrappy team. Chicago fans love him and everyone else just seems to hate him.

How about under rated rookie Blake Griffin..............anyone even mentioning John Wall's name for ROY anymore should just be taken out back some where and bludgeoned....

Griffin may be the best overall athlete in the NBA. Yes better then LBJ, and yes better then D12. When the last time you saw D12 (or anyone else 6'10 and 250lbs) run the floor like a PG, put a spin move on someone at full speed at the top of the key and then crown them...then also pull off D12's throw it down through the basket move from the dunk contest in a game along the base line.He is an absolute freak. He is putting up 20 and 11 as a rookie in the western conference, including a disgusting line of 35/14/7 just the other night. That was his 5th straight game with at least 20 and 10, and he started that streak putting up 44/15/7 against the knicks last week.

No one has put up stats like that as a rookie PF since elton brand in 99-00 (which he won R.O.Y) and Tim Duncan in 97-98 (again won R.O.Y). Stat didn't put up those kind of numbers, Okafor didn't, Gasol didn't...heck, even Durant only averaged 20/4/2 his rookie year.

I don't know anyone who underrates Blake Griffin honestly. The kid has the tools to be one of the greatest PFs of all time. All he needs to do is improve on his poor defense really, everything else he will learn by playing in the league for a few more years.

The entire Rockets team comes to mind. Carl Landry. Lamar Odom. Luol Deng. Tony Parker. Nene.

Bynum and Al Jeff would probably be my 2 biggest overrated players. Mayo probably too even though I want him on the Bulls if the Grizz are going to ship him off.

Westbrook _ I heard this on espn yesterday and it made me think "buy or sell, the NBA's dirty little sercret, Westbrook is doing better than Durant"

Rondo _ Whats funny is they always refer to Pierce, Allen and Garnett as the big 3 even though Rondo is the best player on that team

Pau _ As good as he is he's still underrated. We haven't missed on Finals since he was traded
