If you swapped Dwight Howard on the Magic for Kevin Durant on the Thunder, which team gets better?

New Orlando Magic
PG: Nelson
SG: Vince
SF: Durant
PF: Lewis
C: Gortat

Bench: Pietrus, Duhon, Anderson, Bass, Redick

New Oklahoma City Thunder
G-Westbrook
G-Selfolosha
F-Harden
F-Green
C-Dwight

Bench: Ibaka, Kristic, Collison, Aldrich, Harden, Maynor

In this case it would be Thunder

Westbrook/Thabo/Harden is a decent/good enough 1-3 to be effective while having amazing defense up front with Dwight/Ibaka.

Magic is simply built around Dwight manning the paint and the shooters do their work, so having Jameer/VC/Durant/Lewis scoring with Gortat manning the paint changes their effectiveness greatly imo. A team of shooters/scorers isn't hard to stop so I'd say Thunder would win this if it were to happen.

Thunder for sure. Westbrook with Howard is deadly.

Are you serious?... Durant isn't on the same planet as Dwight when it comes to impact on a team.

Thunder and it's not close at all.

Orlando's roster is already something out of a fantasy league, take away the glue (dwight) holding them together and that team crumbles. Magic get MUCH worse with this trade.

I think we had a poll recently that asked who was better and Durant was winning.

Thunder lose Durant they don't have a legit scorer on that team. Westbrook is looking all right, but Howard can be contained on Offense.

Magic have enough scoring without KD as it is..and if you take away Howard, say bye bye to any post scoring, and the interior defense.

I'd take WB/Harden/Thabo/Green/Howard. That would be pretty damn good defensively

Where ever Durant is, that team is better.

That's because posters on PSD are idiots, now that Dwight is #1 in MVP ranking on NBA.com and ESPN.com, Dwight's getting love from PSD lol.

The Thunder.

Durant would probably average around 35 if he was on Orlando though.
