I've said this before... but does anybody else think Miami needs a hierarchy? They're not a jerry sloan team where guys have to adapt to roles. These guys are superstars, they don't know how to be anything else. It's up to Lebron and Wade.... one of them has to say yeah I'll be the 2nd or even 3rd fiddle, and defer to you guys. The taking turns stuff doesn't seem to be working.

Who would you suggest they trade for? I just think they need to address their PG position. They are not as weak at the 5 as they are at the 1. I mean at best, Arroyo is a average backup.

Dol-Fan
11-27-2010, 11:39 PM
It's clear Lebron and Wade can't play together...I think either of them would be just fine with Bosh.

Raph12
11-27-2010, 11:39 PM
They really have hit a rough patch these last couple of games (with exception to the Philly game)

They're playing too much 1v1, they need to just assign Lebron full ballhandling duties, playing as the PG and guarding the SG, and everyone else should play off-ball. Bosh will be the 2nd option and Wade needs to just play off of those two, or a trade will need to go down for Lebron or Wade because they're really struggling to co-exist.

Agree... Lebron/Wade and Bosh seems to be better than when lebron and wade are on the court together

ElMarroAfamado
11-27-2010, 11:42 PM
lebron james needs to be traded for a danny granger type player...him and wade rely on driving and dunking too much their games are too similar one of them needs to be a shooter and neither are..im watching the dallas heat game and (james jones just made a 3) and i dont know how many times they have ran plays to drive to the hoop and none to shoot....the last shots i remember are lebron james bricks ..and as im typing this

wade drives..and its a charge...they are too predictable

At that point, do you think they would really trade away Lebron. I mean I really don't think they would give away Wade. Or even so, mix up the lineups once Miller gets back. Have one of those guys coming off the bench, could possibly offset the whole 1v1 scenario.

+1

Neither needs the other. They're both elite scorers.

I think if they can get their roles straight, they could be really effective with each other. Lebron needs to be handling the ball, and Wade needs to be using a lot of off-ball screens and constantly cutting. With the attention put on ball, it's pretty much assured that Wade will get a lot of easy shots.

I doubt they trade away either of them, but if they could say "screw loyalty" and trade Wade/Lebron for a Billups-Nene or Harris-Lopez or Jennings-Bogut combo, the team would get immensely better.

Trade Wade:
PG - Billups or Harris or Jennings
SG - Miller
SF - Lebron
PF - Bosh
C - Nene or Lopez or Bogut

Trade Lebron:
PG - Billups or Harris or Jennings
SG - Wade
SF - Miller
PF - Bosh
C - Nene or Lopez or Bogut

Personally I'd trade Wade as the former looks better, but I understand MGMT wouldn't be willing to part with him.

Chandler had 14 and 17 with 3 blocks. He had one of the best games from a center this year. His intensity and rebounding were unbelievable. Check my sig to see his past 3 games. Dirk and Butler had good games and Butler had his best game of the year by far. Kidd with 13 assists. Terry sucked and almost lost the game for us.... Cannot wait until Roddy Beaubois gets back. the way westbrook has been playin he is going to get the max

Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see how Presti handles all the young talent and contracts. Ibaka, Harden, and Green will all be looking to cash in as well. I'm still just praying we do some kind of sign and trade with Boston for Green/Perkins. Or something of the sort.

Dirk, Butler, Roddy, Chandler, Kidd and Marion (sometimes Terry)

against the heat rebounding is not something to brag :p

c's wont get rid of perkins. Well i wouldnt, he is one of a couple centers that can contain howard without help.

Hold on, am I missing something?

How can he start 5-6 and then lose two makes and be 3-14? :laugh2:

how can westbrook have a career 42% fg% for his career?:burn: (since we're talking about fg attempts and misses)

ps: he still shot around westbrook"s season average. bwahaha.

silly kids finding away to talk crap.

i don't see anywhere in his post where he's talking crap. you need to be less sensitive everytime someone mentions Rose's name. Calm down.

They're both having amazing seasons, but Rose has a TS% of .537 for the year and Westbrook at .562. Rose is a more reliable scorer, but let's save the trash-talking for after we've done a little more in-depth research.

he got injured?

Yeah, at the worst possible time. He drove to the basket and got fouled with about 10 seconds left, but looked to be in a lot of pain. So Kwame had to shoot the free throws and they lost the game.

I haven't said anything about Rose struggling in the second half tonight? So I don't understand the random attempt at insult; but I'll just take it as immaturity and let it go.

they look crappy compared to last year and then he gets injured. Maybe that pick the bulls have from the bobcats might actually be very valuable

I really hope it's just a bruised elbow, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's some sort of forearm fracture...that game had the potential for such an awesome ending, really sucks that he got hurt.

17 rebounds is very hard to get. And about 5 of those rebounds were with about 3 Heat players all surrounding him. Just be happy we beat the hated Heat:)

It's Ron Adams. Chicago stole him from OKC, and now it's clearly showing. OKC is struggling defensively while Chicago is significantly better.

Pretty amazing how much of a change 1 assistant coach can make.

Or, you know, the renowned defensive genius in Tom Thibodeau...
And we had Rod Adams before you guys did. :p
Either way, it's so nice having competent coaching after Vinny del Negro. I feel LAC's pain.

Yeah. TC and Noah are two really great centers. They are both the same player, both get monster dunks and MANY rebounds and blocks a game. Noah is just a much better passer and that makes him better. Noth are top 10 centers for sure though.

You know what pisses me off? When TC was with the Bulls, he couldn't shoot a freethrow to save his ****in life....he had this ugly hitch in his shot...

All of a sudden...he was knockin down freethrows against us? Thank god we beat you lol.

But yeah, Chandler is shooting about 83% from FT this year and it's not like he shoots 2 a game, he has shot many free throws a game. He was 13-16 against SA!
